DISHONEST SERVICE! Very unhappy with the service that was provided. I called at 6am for a trailer tore repair owner gave me one price on the phone. I repeated the price he told me over the phone he had told me to clarify and he did agree the price was what states. The guy shows up and charges a completely different price a lot more then said amount. I called owner up to ask why price is different and he told me he was sleep when I called and he didn’t know what he was saying. Then he threatens to leave the job which would leave me stranded on the side of the highway because I wanted to pay the amount that was said on the phone. I deal with integrity and honor and I’m also a business man myself. If it was me I would have took the loss since he says that’s what it is and homered the price I was giving over the phone. THE WORST PART OF IT ALL IS HE THREATEN ME HE WILL LEAVE THE JOB OF I DIDNT WANT TO PAY THE INFLATED PRICE!!!

I can’t say enough about Empire Truck Repair!!! first of all they brought out two really GOOD USED tires for my lowboy... which normally you can’t find GOOD USED tires “anymore” and he gave me a great price on the side of the road for emergency roadside service!!! but then we had a little problem two weeks later... and after one phone call he went over and beyond to make things right with me!!!! my hats off to this company on their customer service and standing behind their work and products... i’m a heavy hauler in the state of Florida for almost 20 years and I have dealt with these problems on the road many times so take my word for it this is a group of good guys!!!

I called them at 4am to replace a u joint. They said that they would be out at 10AM. They arrived at 12pm and had u joint out in 30 minutes but I needed a carrier baring so they loaded up my drive shaft and took it with them saying they would be back in 1 hour. Several hours went by and I called to find out where they were. I was told they were on the way back. I sat on the side of the road waiting for them to return from 12:30 PM until 10:00 PM only to find out this whole time they were down the road working on someone elses truck. Then I get my bill for $1479.00 that includes 6 hours labor when they only spent about 2 hours actually working on my truck. You would think that when a company leaves you on the side of the road for over 12 hours while they lie to you about being on the way and they have your drive shaft with them so you couldnt get someone else to come get the job done they would cut you a break but no, they know they can screw you and they do. I run this lane multiple times a week and I wont soon forget being left, lied to, avoided, and screwed. Dont get caught like I did.UPDATE:After posting the first review they began calling and texting my phone to let me know that I need to get right with God . I dont know if that was a threat or not but fear not about my salvation as my relationship with God is in good standing. I have never seen someone handle business like this.These people are something else. Dont get caught up with this bunch.

Empire saves the day!!! So, its MLK weekend and We pack the family and our 4 wheelers to enjoy the weekend at Peace River campground. We drive 3 hours, fully loaded with camping gear and a trailer full of 4 wheelers. We finally arrive only to discover that someone (my son) either lost the keys to one of the 4 wheelers or left them behind. Needless to say, i Remembered that Empire Truck Repair and Road Service was only a phone call away! We started off on the wrong side with our starter not working and time passing with heat and rain. As an owner operator on a Friday and having your truck broke imagine the fraustration . After going back and forth being heated the staff was wonderful Geo I believe was her name was amazing sweet and had a voice to calm me down. She came personally took me on a ride spoke with me till I became myself again even allowed my dog in her personal beautiful vehicleAfter all the drama I put her through she managed to smile stillI highly recommend this company if you want to be treated with respect and resolve your semi truck problem contact them.

1.5 miles from their shop. Called for a jump start. Called again and again. 2 hrs later and still nobody showed up after being told the first time theyd be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Second time I was told 15 minutes. That was 1.5 hrs later.

I had annual inspection done at TA in Tampa. They said my slack adjuster was no good possibly my brake chamber too! They didn’t have the parts so I left found empire I told Adrian what was going on he immediately notice my brake chamber lines were put on backwards fix it and save me a couple of hundred bucks. I would recommend this shop to anybody as they are very knowledgeable in their work.

Awesome guys! My tire got a nail in it; even though this guys specialize in trucks, they were able to patch up my tire fast and well!

We call them to fix our truck. After they put the wrong steering pump in they replaced the gearbox to no avail they said something else must be wrong and gave us a bill of 5400. Another shop said this is the wrong pump and replaced it and fixed it for 600 usd. They are making money even on their mistakes. My opinion. “If the truck is not fixed, don’t pay them”. We are suing them.

Not a good experience at all!!! Had me wait only for the driver to get here, look at my truck and then leave. The dispatcher than asked me to wait for another driver and 20 min after then asks for me to meet him at his yard for s faster repair. (I only had a flat) At his yard gates are locked!!! And have to wait once again!!! Wouldn’t recommended these guys not even as a last resort.

Truck broke down i75 needed a regen and fixed EGR valve, WHAT A FAST RESPONSE! GREAT WORK GUYS

The other day, as I was passing through Fort Myers, I stopped to have my truck PM’d. After the PM was done, my truck ran very bad so I took it back to where I had the service done. The mechanic that did the service couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I limped along north to Punta Gorda where I googled for a mobile mechanic and found Empire Truck Repair. The owner showed up the next morning and he worked to find out what the problem was. This guy is the most persistent mechanic I have ever seen. It took about 14 hours to fix but he never gave up and my truck runs better than before. Adrian is very professional and he does excellent work. I highly recommended his company for your repair needs. Thanks, Adrian. Lunch is on me the next time I pass through.

Friday 6:06pm.. traveling north bound on I-75 and I get a flat Tire just north of Punta Gorda and every tire place was closed .. these professionals were able to get a plug put in the tire but I had it towed to there place to get new tires installed because they were able to get tires from Walmart .... awesome location and a wonderful attitude to do this for me and my family being so late in the day and on a Friday night. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me later that night and advised me of a family issue that had happened and apologized for the inconvenience. I respect that as most companys wont even give you that courtesy I change my rating from the original 1 star to a 4 star.Shocked that I would be leaving a 1 star review especially since they are rated a 4.7 star company. But I called about having a mobile guy come out and repair a tire at 1000 am. I told them we would be at the jobsite all day so no huge rush. By 300pm. I hadnt heard from anyone so I called to inquire. Was told he would call me back in 5 min. 45 min later sent a text to the person I was talking too. No response for another 20 min. Finally I called another company boulevard tire who had a mechanic onsite within 20 minutes

I needed the alternator replaced on my 2015 international, Empire truck repair came out and replaced the alternator and had me moving, a week later that alternator gave out on me, it came out to be that Empire replaced the wrong alternator, had to pay extra for the right one because Empire felt that if it looks like it fits, then thats the one which obviously that didnt work. The father of the owner admitted to me that he did not look at the VIN# to find the right part, SMH. I hired them because they are supposed to be professional and knowledgeable, boy, was I wrong! When I questioned them about it they said to bring in the alternator and they will refund my money back, brought in the alternator never recieved the refund. As a business owner if I mess up on a paying customer I will do everything in my power to satisfy that customer Especially when I Im in the wrong, Quaility over Quantity. Empire Truck Repair is untrustworthy!
