Staff was amazing! They fixed my hair after I have gotten a nightmare of a haircut at another place down the road. They talked about what I could do to make it better and they made sure I loved it before I left! I 100% recommend this place. I will be sure to come back the next time I need a trim!

Very satisfied with my recent experience here! The person who cut my hair did an excellent job. She knew exactly how to cut it when I tried explaining how I wanted it done. Not only that, she also did it quickly, which is just as important for me! I was in and out of Supercuts within 10min or so. I will definitely be going to back for future haircuts now!

I went from long hair to very short.My hair dresser, Elvira made the experience exciting, not scary. Her skill was amazing as was the time until she was finished. She was as excited as I was with the final results, even though she cautioned me it would be a dramatic change, before we even started. Very Happy !!

I only go to Supercuts. Been using them for years. Prices are good and either Ive been very lucky with the stylists Ive gotten or they do a good job with hiring IDK what it is but they always get good people who seem to know what theyre doing. Even across different states Ive always gotten a good cut at Supercuts.

McKenna was awesome. She did such a great job on my hair. I came in and they were only expecting a cut but I also wanted a color and it is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot stop smiling McKenna did a fantastic wonderful beautiful job and I love it.

Horrible experience! ZERO stars. It’s like they’ve never cut or colored hair in their lives! Had appointments for 3 people and all three were unhappy. If you care how your hairs turns out, do NOT go there!

They charged my husband and my two year old son over $40 for a haircut. Our typical hair salon only charges $25 for both. What a rip off. I should have just waited the two hour wait somewhere else for my husband and son. I’ll be spreading the word.

Im always a little cautious when I go into Supercuts. My sister and I went in to get haircuts. I was satisfied with mine but I was looking for someone with some up to date hair styling suggestions. And for my Sister. You could not even tell she received a haircut along with not blowing the little pieces that she did .Not happy with Supercuts

For years I have been cutting my own hair with training only from YouTube because in the past I have been disappointed by trained stylists. I was tiered of spending my hard earned money on something I was unhappy with and figured why would I pay someone when I could just do it myself. But, a while back a friend of mine cut my hair for me and he did a fabulous job, (thank you Jimmy!) my hair looked great for months. So, when it was time to freshen it up again, I thought, maybe I SHOULD go see a professional. I asked for my bangs to brush the tops of my eyebrows with some face framing pieces and I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted. All you have to do is look at the pictures to see why I am upset. I told my stylist before I left that I didnt like what she had done, but since it has been ingrained in me since childhood that you pay your stylist and tip her, I did. But once I got home and was able to look at it more closely, I became furious! Im tiered of being taken advantage of by hair stylists! So I called a couple of times and made a big stink. I told Elvira that I wanted a refund and she told me she would give me one if I met her at her store. She then told me she was only going to give me $17 of $27 I spent there. I made a scene, of course, what did she expect?! I would have come in and taken my money and left had she just refunded me the full amount. We ended up in a very heated argument and since she couldnt figure out her computer to refund it to my card she gave me cash. I stupidly didnt count it before I left. Later that afternoon, I realized she had only given me $12!!!! From now on, I will only cut my own hair. I blame myself really for knowing better and still falling into the trap. Damn it! Every time I look at it Im angry again!!!!Update: Its been 2 weeks and Im still thinking about you ladies. I have added current images. It will probably be another week before its long enough for me to fix. Im sure that for you this was a bad day and havent thought about me since. Know that for me, it will be 3 weeks of looking at and walking around with this terrible fringe and thinking of you.

Usually 5☆ but this time: took my name said come back in 40 min. I returned on time, waited 8 min, they took two guys who werent ahead of me. It was a small thing (keeping order of wait list) but difficult. Two trips to this business on a rushed day: still no haircut.Many other trips have been quick service and I get the good old guy nearly military cut I want. I seldom find a missed tuft of hair but once when I did, the return visit to fix was fast and very friendly.

Just got my haircut with Maranda and she was very patient and attentive! She did everything I asked for with my hair and she gave me a very good experience.

Not exactly what i asked for for my son but hes in Kindergarten so he didnt care. Quick but kinda pricey. Next time Ill go to the old school barber.

Ok so this is kind of an edit. I had wonderful service here. The lady was nice and listened to exactly what i wanted done with my hair. However, after a couple weeks I have extremely bad split ends again. My hair is breaking off and splitting in different place in the same strand. Not sure why but its also only in one spot. Id go back again and get a cut from the same goal again but Id also let her know about the last cut.

Made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes after the scheduled time and when I asked for certain length they went shorter then what I asked for and when leaving I still had hair all over me would not recommend coming here

I got my haircut here, I showed them a pic of what I wanted and it looked absolutely nothing like the pic. It was super uneven because she rushed through it. I wanted a geometric design on the back of my head. All line work, like when you get a hard part done in your hair. Simple. I can do it even myself but I can’t see the back of my head, which is the only reason I went to someone else for this. The design that was supposed to be geometric line work with pointed angels, ended up being very circular. Wish I could post pics in the comments to show you how horrible it is. And the worst part is, I went to shave my whole head because it’s on my bucket list. So I buzzed my head to an 8 and when she screwed up the back of my head, it couldn’t even be fixed since it was way too short already.

McKeenas cut is truly maintenance free.

Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Polite and professional. Will go there again.

Worst haircut of my life! I told her take a little off the top, she cuts most of it off. I told her I wanted a low fade, LOW! She fades all the way up. Dont waste your time!
