This place is so clean and new!! I go to the planet fitness in orem by my office and stopped by this provo location today and couldn’t believe how clean, big and new tue place is.

Very clean and big gym that has everything you need and friendly staff.. My only complaint is the matrix/ cable crossover fly machine doesnt have labels on weights. Makes it difficult on how much weight I’m using.

The gym is really clean and there is plenty of equipment. Just that when I went today every single elliptical machine was not turned on. Some of the treadmills too we’re not working.

Definitely can work on customer service attitude…. My husband wanted to use the massage chairs however we’ve never used them before and didn’t know how. When he went up to the front to ask, the man working gave him a remark in a patronizing tone that we are supposed to check with the front desk first. We Don’t exactly appreciate rolling of the eyes and treating us like we should already know how to use certain aspects of the facility when we’ve never used them before. Please work with your team on customer service attitude and having a more positive demeanor when working. Aside from that it’s a Very tidy gym, newer edition of weight machines count reps and have a timer that helps with tracking rest time in between sets, enough machines to accommodate a number of gym goers, black card perks offer luxury massage chairs at this location. All in all this is the nicest layout of pf gym I’ve been to, and I’ve visited many in other states.Edit: it seems like the employees have worked on their customer service. Thank you to the management if you have spoken with them. I’ll have my rating updated accordingly.

I like it.is the cleanest gym I have ever been too. I really like the machines they are easy to use. Not to mention their clean bathrooms and showers.

Today around 4pm Ive decided to go to another location because of an abrasive employee, for some reason my bank didnt pay the gym fee and Ive been a member for years but the employee told me he couldnt let me leave the building until I pay the overdue (which was only 2 weeks overdue). Asked me if I had a banking app to give him the routing and account information. I told him I didnt bring my wallet to the gym - he questioned everything about me because I mixed up my information. Gave me the 3rd degree like I stole something, so I went to the Orem location and paid off my account.This employee didnt make me feel welcome even though Ive been a member for years. Goodbye Provo.

People are honestly horrible for leaving one star reviews when it was not even open yet. Chill and let them finish what they need to finish. It’s open now and I’m excited to be able to have a much quicker drive! Planet fitness is always so clean and staff are friendly.

Everything is brand new, all the 1 star reviews are just because people are mad that they opened a few months late. The gym is so clean and the employees are always going around refilling cleaning spray. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. Great gym overall

Such a great gym. Clean and doesnt get too busy. Shame the staff are rude and very distasteful.

Wish they had a steam room and sauna but other than that its a great place very clean and its not crowded.

Great gym. Lots of equipment and very clean. Really liked the atmosphere as well, didnt feel out of place or awkward to be there. Overall very satisfied with my experience

Great, new location. Not as busy (yet?) as the one in Orem. Has most, if all, of the same machines as the Orem one. Takes a little bit to get used to the different set up. All in all, great place to work out. Staff are friendly.

I just joined, this facility is amazing. Employees are very friendly and helpful and the gym is super clean.

Ive parked my car, went in exercised, took a shower, changed went outside. Then have creepy security guy looking into my window giving me lecture as to how my car was here all day and there is no camping. I told him we can go inside and staff will confirm that i did frequent the establishment. The whole incident was really creepy and unsettling. Suffice it to say i wont be coming here again.

Definitely a smaller planet fitness but it’s never crowded when I go!

Brand new location. Very nice and clean. I don’t think a ton of people know about it yet so it’s very empty.

I understand the frustration in the other reviews. I was frustrated too for taking so long to open. But hey, is open now and it is great! I loved it

Wow. Fastest workout I’ve ever done!New, bigger than the Orem location, with more/better machines. Can’t say it’s always empty (e.g, in the afternoons) since I come early in the morning, but I was able to do 2 more sets of each exercise I usually do and finish around the same time since there are more machines.Staff is very friendly (but this is true of most if not all PF locations I’ve been to).If you have to choose between Orem or Provo, I’d choose Provo.

They refused to cancel my membership and sent me to a different location when all they had to do was transfer my membership in order to cancel it

It’s finally open! I love going to the gym here, the staff or very friendly, great atmosphere!

Still not open. Im sure when it opens it will be awesome, but I wish we had an accurate idea of when that will be. Im tired of driving 20 minutes to the next PF.

I love planet fitness and was excited for this location to open because it said online that it opened Jan. 18, but when I went today it wasn’t open... When will you guys be opening?

I bought a pass due to the advertised opening date of Jan 18 but it looks like you’re weeks away from opening. Very disappointed.
