I am a tenant with this company for only a year, but it has been the best experience I have ever had. I plan to stay with this company until I buy my own house! When you need maintenance, they are there the same day or next day! They are always on top of things around the house and the area. Even with parking, when someone parks in your spot, they work to fix the problem for you! Eli has been outstanding, and beyond helpful! When he first showed me the place, he told me all the information I needed and more! He had answers to all my questions and made sure everything was perfect for us to move in! Can’t say one bad thing about this company and Eli! Amazing work!

I’m really happy I chose to rent with Providence Living. If there was ever an issue with anything in the apartment all you had to do was put it on the portal and it would be taken care of within one or two days. The staff were super responsive and always professional. If I ever move back to the providence area I will certainly be going through Providence Living.

Very unprofessional. Do not return any calls. They do not maintain property. They hold you responsible for everything, regardless if it there fault or not. They only have two people to maintain there properties. They are bye far the worst company I have ever rented from. Will not recommend anyone.

I’m moving away from home for the first time, and I was very specific and particular about what I wanted in a new living area. After months of communication and going through 17 properties, I found the place for me. The property manager played a major role in my decision also. No matter the time of day, Ali I. was extremely responsive, polite, patient, and efficient. She was helpful and informative about all of my questions. I have yet to move in, but I am hopeful of my experience.

Most of my interactions with PSL happened with Ali and she has always been very friendly, kind and responsive to all issues I have brought up. PSL also allows tenants to do most things online for convenience - pay rent, request maintenance, etc. Pictures are accurate representation - what you see is what you get. The team that removes the garbage from the garbage room are never late; so theres no build up to deal with. WiFi is slow at times, but thats due to the number of people on it - who doesnt love to stream content all day, every day?

This is our first time renting an apartment, Ali has been super helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever we put in a ticket its at least responded to within the day. When there were heating emergencies they were pretty quick to fix it. Overall a decent experience so far.

Overall we’ve had some difficulties with the Apartment based off broken appliances and physical problems but they have been dealt with swiftly. Out apartment manager Ali has been incredibly helpful and is quick to resolve any issues that crop up in a timely fashion.
