This company is by far the best in the state! They helped me with so many parties and never fail to stay professional. The owner does such a great job of being up to date with the new hottest things! They make you feel so welcomed and they’re truly dedicated to delivering exactly what you ask for. While keeping in mind that they are creators, so never doubt their skills. I will continue doing business with them and recommend them to everyone!

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Keylas was recommended to me by a loyal customer. I went in to pick out options for a chair and place a $100 deposit. I was told the chairs to rent ranged from $50-$100. I wasnt sure if I was going to get two (king and queen) at that time. I had asked for the chair to be dropped of at 12 on a Sunday. She said they can deliver at 11am before she went to church.I called a week before the party. I confirmed their delivery time of 11am and that I only wanted one chair. She said no problem.The day before the party she called me to confirm. She confirmed the drop off time of 11am and that she would call me 30 minutes before to ensure I was there. She also stated that I owed a $100 balance. When I mentioned that I already paid it, she stated that it will cost $200. I was shocked. But, I just went with it as I heard they are very professional and it was less than 24 hours until my party.The day of the party I received no call. I went to the hall to meet her for 11am. She was a no show. I called and only got voicemail. I had to leave to finish doing other party stuff. I arrived at the hall at 12 to set up. That is when she arrived! An hour late. My friend said no worries, when she is late she compensates you for it.She asked what time to pick up the chair. I was nice and gave her an hour window of 4pm-5pm. By 5:30 she was still not there. The hall was waiting on the chair pick up to close. They charged me extra for going over my allotted time. I left at least 5 voicemails for her.Today is Friday the party was last Sunday and I still have not received a call back to resolve this.So rude, unprofessional, and just plain mean.Do NOT do business with this unprofessional company.

The cake for my daughter s Sweet 15 was awesome taste so good great job!!!! I have no complaints at all . I am going to order more cakes there

They dont make regular size cakes. It has to be big or none but it tastes good. Other than that... Nice cust service. I always rent tablea and chairs there.

They cheat you on their helium balloons. Helium filled balloons should last up for a couple of days at least. Their tank is half helium, half air so when you buy the balloons at first they look big and float. That same night, they will be down on the floor out of helium. I thought Id try them again. But three times, the same to happen is absurd.

She dose really cute cakes and accessories nice nice nice !! She may also design partys and things not sure only have had cakes made my her ! Beautiful but slightly over priced !! Ive had beautiful cakes for cheaper!
