I have rented from American tents every year for my sons birthday party. They have always been professtional. we have never had a bad experience with American Tents.

They get one star because of terrible communication, with me as a client and internally. The actual tents/tables were...ok. Getting an invoice was an issue, I still dont have a receipt 3 weeks after, I spent so much time calling them and being told that the one person I needed was unavailable. Leaving a message did not work, email did not work, he would not return calls, I had to just call and hope I got him. The day of the event they told me several times delivery would happen between 7-8am, so I get myself to the location super early to be there, come to find out they dont even get into the office till 8 and didnt arrive till 9:30. (My event was supposed to start at 10am, the set up didnt finish till 11am). Then the set up crew wasnt informed that they had to come back same day to take down (I paid extra for this service) until I confirmed with them that they would be back by the time I was told. They were not there on time, when I finally called they said they were running late. Very poorly run business. I should have switched to a different company but by the time I realized this it was too close to my event date.
