I am very thankful for riptas city bus drivers.

Its a interesting funny place to watch Bum fights...Some of the bus drivers are my friends and the supervisors are also my friend...

There was a very caring staff. One of them Ive only known as a teller and weve become close because of her friendly personality. I had missed her when she went to this main office, so I was thrilled to see her. Both the photo ID clerks are surpurb and go extra mile. Finally Nathan expedited my pass because of the need I had. Excellent is understatement

Reliable bus service. Good to Veterans. They have a Pilot Program were VETS ride for free with an ID Card. This is the only state I know of that does that. Free is better than reduced bus fare. It adds up fast, especially if you are going to several locations by bus during the day.

Went to get a new Senior Disabled Bus Pass and all the employees were very helpful. I got a ride there from the ADA ride program. While getting my pass I also got help with the Ride Program. All the employees I dealt with were very Pleasant and Helpful. Thank You RIPTA.👍👍

Went early on a weekday, everything moved along. Quite clean. Staff was helpful.

I took my son there they were polite respectful took time to talk to him respectfully and we was in and out in no time .I think the young ladys name was Laura.

No bathroom open.

I ride the bus and i needed to renew my bus pass. I cant go in person so they should be sending me a temporary bus pass that only lasts a month

Customer service is excellent. Wait time was just 5 minutes. Parking was easy and quick.

Always never on time, Bus drivers are rude and horrible prices for bus passes.

It sucks, all these buses are BS always late, every damn day. After all these yrs using ripta it has not changed one bit. And on top of paying $70 for a buss pass for what? So we could all freeze to death n wait for a bus just to get home or work.

I ve been appreciating RIPTA service ever since I rode it and still admire drivers and establishments but just realized WORST customer service ever, if you lose anything inside the bus then forget about it.. You are not gonna get it back regardless how valuable it is. Customer service over phone dont even wanna bother giving you an information, only thing they can do is transfer the call, then nobody will pick it up and send to voicemail. Customer Service in Elwood i believe dont even deserve 1 star.. there should be something below par ratings in google. Moral of the story be careful with your stuff while riding RIPTA and dont forget to have a last check before you leave the bus. But dont even bother calling ELMOOD Ave Customer Service..

Ripta is the best for public transit

I use RIPTA often. The fare is a bargain, especially if you get a pass. You can go from Woonsocket to Newport on $2 ($3 if you pay cash). You cant do THAT in a car! No parking hassles. Traffic snafus are someone elses stress. Ive had very few problems with YEARS of riding RIPTA.

Service is terrible, schedules are not correct. A state Agency that should be reformed from the ground up or be abolished.

Purchasing bus passes for homeless clients to get to doctors and food or shelter.

Ripta is a grate bus company i like My Route 19 Plainfield westminster line, the drivers are pretty Nice !

The only way to get from point a and b with very little money

The bus schedules are very confusing especially for new users and they often change them as soon as you get used to them.

The buses always get coat up in traffic some bus drivers are rude to much cursing on the bus and driver dont say nothing about it over crowded and dont listen to complaints and dont listen in board meetings and want to start charging to the elderly and disabled people to much changes to on all the Routs some times its annoying to ride the bus if you have a car God bless you

You need to space out your buses ex 17,19,27,28 all hit only ville at the same time this happens on all routes if I miss them I have to wait 20-30 minutes for the next bus instead of a few minutes
