This is such a strange place to be. You see all the weirdest things if you simply stand and observe. Its unfortunate that the people who do decide to give this place a bad look continously ends up right back here.

Dont ask the bus drivers for directions if you get lost NOBODY KNOWS NOTHING.

Actually a pleasant experience today in the plaza, there were no fights, robberies and no-one tried to sell me drugs or mooch cigarettes from me so 5 🌟 today !!!

Place where you learn to be grateful. Most beautiful hearts surround this place. Yes, homeless... I have never met more loving people. Dont be judging them just because they are... Open your eyes and mind. 💙😇

Essentially an large bus station and open space in the middle of downtown Providence. There is a lot of loitering and panhandling here, so be careful, especially at night. The downtown area is interesting, especially the architecture, but its probably better to keep moving from here on your way to your destination. At least City Hall is nice looking from directly in front here.

Had to wait on my bus to take me to my doctors appointment that I had for today.

Dont go to KP people constantly asking for money and drugs but a good place to get bedbugs

Nice transit center, small like our state good job lately keeping the homeless and panhandlers away..Providence PD community policing in action, WARM & I feel safer then ever lately.. WARM is my service puppy...;-)

Main bus terminal in RI. Not alot of parking here due to traffic and incoming busses. Very busy during rush hour. Ticket machines available inside. Staff are very helpful. Greyhound and Peter pan bus tickets sold inside. Public bathrooms available. Security onsite during the day.

I hate it here there are very roude people there to meny panhandling and riprafters there the most thing I hate is smokers they smok in front of you with out asking and puff smoke in your face I dont smoke. And if you say something they like argue with you if you dont like if get the f:@k out of here but everything is close the architecture is cool but you need to watch your back nice park and icerink near by and mall

Great public transport system, but not recommended for ordinary tourists.The customer base is too bad.It is recommended for those who want to listen to the abuse terms of American-made geese in English.I think it will be a really good downtown bus terminal if it becomes a safe public place someday.

If we talk about the area, then everything is beautiful! I advise everyone to visit. There is where to sit. Central bus stop, the very center of the city, monuments, beautiful buildings, a park. All other attractions within walking distance. I really liked it!!! This city has something to be proud of and there is something to see !!!
