My son is a new client here and is more than satisfied with his cut every time he goes. At 13 years old, his appearance is very important to him and he’s particular about how his hair looks. The owner of the shop, Eric, is always professional and takes his time when cutting my sons hair. I enjoy that there isn’t loud music with swears/profanity, and that the barbers are respectful with their conversations. The shop is clean and well kept. I would 100% recommend Fialho’s!

The reviews tell no lies: this is a 5 star barber shop. We wanted to find something in the neighborhood and this gem was literally right next door. Mike is GREAT with kids, my boys loved getting the royal treatment and a much needed post-quarantine cut. The waiting area is super comfortable and we didn’t mind waiting our turns at all. It was the best haircut they’ve ever gotten, and at a super reasonable price to boot. We will be back!!! Thank you for everything Mike!

Great service, clean shop, good conversation (even if the mask lead to a lot of huh?s). I havent been to a barber shop in quite some time, and Q gave me a really clean cut. Quick yet precise, I will definitely be coming back as a regular. Totally on top of the covid situation with spaced out, walled off stalls and no over crowding. Recommend!

I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Felix, one of the very sociable barbers that work in this establishment, and the results were great!I have been looking for a local place to get a haircut whilst my family friend (who is a stylist) comes back from her family leave. It is recommended to make an appointment just in case it is busy. I was able to walk here, and noted that it is accessible by public transportation. Take the 57 RIPTA to Academy and Smith street if you are interested.Upon entering, I saw a clean place that could only be described as gentlemanly. Televisions had the Fresh Prince of Bel Air on, which provided a bunch of chuckles as the hair got cut.Felix is passionate about his work, and you can tell the barbers who work there are good about customer service while they juggle the various demands of life.The haircuts are well prices, and the atmosphere feels like a place a man can be comfortable at, Fialhos is a place I would highly recommend!

Being newish to the area, Ive had to go through the pain of finding a new barber...and Joe is 100% that guy! You can tell that he genuinely loves what he does, and his skills with any tool are immaculate. He takes the time to listen to what you need, and shows you as hes working to make sure youre getting exactly what you want. Hes also great with kids, I regularly take my 6 yr old too. Id definitely recommend this barbershop, and Joe specifically to any and everyone!

Eric has been cutting my hair for over ten years - as for the other guys they’re all top notch. Easy to make appointments with a great text reminder system and friendly to walk ins too. It’s a great, “hole in the wall” barber shop where they treat you like family and being there is always a good time. You don’t ever have to worry about getting a bad cut here. Thanks gents
