My son and I have been learning Tae Kwon Do at Impact Martial Arts, Poway for the past nine months. The teachers, Master Nguyen, Ms. Stacey and Mr. Nguyen are amazing! They are very encouraging, kind, respectful and always go above and beyond to help their students achieve their goals. They also make the lessons fun and engaging for students of all ages :)With the abrupt shutdown last month, they quickly uploaded new lessons online and the very next week started the live streaming via zoom. We didn’t miss a single day of learning! The lessons and ongoing training brought so much positivity and strength into this very unusual and difficult time.Learning at Impact Martial Arts hasn’t just helped with physical strength but it’s also boosting mental strength and focus. The environment at the studio is like a big close knit family! We are so grateful and proud to be learning here...

This is an amazing school. My niece has been attending for almost 8 years.Her confidence is amazing. Great discipline and respect . I would encourage anyone to try this school out.

Our son loves it! The instructors are very friendly and attentive to the all students. I appreciate the fact that they are able to remember all the kids names and they make each and every one of them feel special. We love the fact that they are very involved with the local community and they help donate to our elementary school as well. I highly recommend ATA Poway to Children and Adults. This place has been amazing for my kids. Theyve helped my impulsive boy succeed in school, and theyve been so good for my daughter who has a disability. Great instructors who focus on character development!
