What a difference between this Poway SuperCuts and the Poway great clips down the road. The people that work here are professional, and more importantly they really seem to care about I’m giving you a great haircut. Also, the place was very clean, which great clips was not. Highly recommended.

I have been getting my haircut from Crystal for some time now and she always does a great job. I have a good time talking with her and she somehow remembers our past conversations that makes me feel she cares. I highly recommend Crystal for any solon needs!

My first cut and color since COVID 2020! Tayler Marshall does foils and gave me a root touch up and caramel highlights. I went darker this year and wanted to lighten up my look for an upcoming wedding. Taylor was wonderful to discuss my hair and future hair plans with. She’s super easy to talk to and did a nice professional job with the highlights. Love my cut. Long layers and long bangs made my head feel a ton lighter. My roots are a great match to the color. She did a wonderful job! Also, they use ENJOY products, which I super love! Hair feels silky and smells like apples! Super H•A•P•P•Y with my cut and color. I follow Tamara Gipson Murphy to whichever salon (Poway, Clairemont Mesa, Santee, Mission Valley, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Point Loma, etc.) she happens to be working in at the time. She has been the only one to take care of my hair for over 20 years. Ive never been disappointed with her suggestions on styling, coloring, highlighting, or her work in general. Supercuts staff awesome today, Monday, July 13, 2020! Took my daughter right in when we called. My daughter said they were so sweet to her. Wear your mask. Dont know why Google says they are closed today. They are OPEN. No waiting so call and you will get right in.

The haircut in general was very rushed. Was sent home with wet hair not knowing if it was even or not. Got home and noticed it was very uneven. Not happy at all.

Crystal was friendly and had a lot of experiences and conversation to share.

Ive been to high-end salons to get my hair cut, but you really dont need one if you can find a decent stylist. Ive been very fortunate to find Alicia and Savanna at the Poway Supercuts who prove my point. They are both amazingly skilled and detailed to the point of being perfectionists... which is NOT a bad thing when it comes to getting your hair cut.

I wait for 20 minutes and someone walks in after me. I wait another 10 minutes and then the stylist tells me the other customer requested her. This, theyll seat requests before first available. Crazy

I get it... no one that works in customer service likes that last minute customer that walks in when you are about to go home. When I called and asked, “Could you fit one more in before you close?” I was told, “...if you could get here before 8pm, we will take care of you.” I felt like they were being genuine. But when I got there before 8pm, I was disappointed when the door was locked and the lady inside said we are closed! It would have been totally cool if they would have said over the phone, “We are going to close soon can we schedule an appointment for tomorrow?” But instead they allowed me to believe that they would take care of me. Next time don’t make me drive all the way for nothing, just be honest.

The two people I loved Savannah and Roxy are no longer at the Poway location. I tried someone new. Worst decision ever. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. When she was cutting, she was doing exactly what I told her I didnt like. I thought it would be ok in the end. No. I made her try again. Still not what I wanted. I just paid and left. I shouldnt have tipped her but I didnt give my normal high tip and it would have been less if I had any $1. Looking for someone else...again.

I was a walk in and with a short wait time was able to receive an excellent haircut. I absolutely loved the experrise my stylist showed in her artistry of my hair cut. I left the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks

Walked in at 7:45 and greeted promptly by the stylist who said how can we assist you? My response, I would like a cut and shampoo (my hair is short and doesnt require much) the stylist responds back, no problem we will be right with you, please have a seat.Then it goes down hill from there. Already seated, another stylist comes from the back of the store stating we are closed. I restated her response and she again said, we are closing and refused to cut my hair.Well, if you close at 7:45, your hours of operation should reflect that on your website, mobile app, and google. Also, your illuminated OPEN sign should not be on as well.This review reflects a poorly run establishment, with horrible customer service, which could be a direct reflection of the management that oversees it. Im hoping not.I would like to be contacted regarding this issue.

I called ahead and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, but I could put my name on the list. I did so and arrived about 45 minutes later. I waited only 5 minutes and was given a quick, quality haircut. Thank you very much!

Hair stylist had cut hand and wore glove because of it. After I sat down, I found out why she cut her hand. She moved so fast that I was very afraid I would loose an ear. I mentioned that I took a number 5 clipper. But she did a scissors cut anyway. When finished, it looked horrible. Not going back. You know the saying that a bad cut takes forever to grow back? Well...

Stopped by to get a haircut. Not anyone in the shop 10:35a but was told come back later in the day and try calling an hour ahead to get on the list. She said there was someone expected in 5 mins. Didnt bother to ask my name or number or show any interest in providing service for me. Felt cold and unfriendly. Ruined my good mood being rushed out the door. Merry Christmas 😣

Good hair cut, but $25 bucks?

Oh my gosh! I love this Supercuts. Not only are they affordable but they do a great job. Yesterday I came in for color. I have jet black hair and I had never done it before. Krysta took the time to talk through the process with me and explain what highlights were vs a balayage. I ended up choosing a balayage and it took a little less than two hours to dye, wash and style my hair. Wow. Krysta is such a sweetheart and does a beautiful job. Can not recommend enPugh!

I walked in to get my hair cut yesterday seeing some good reviews online. I have very long hair and the ends were very damaged and unmanageable. My stylist was Savana and she was very nice and knowledgeable. Throughout the appointment she checked with me on what she was going to do and why she needed to cut a little extra to make it even and healthy. She took her time and really paid attention to detail. I was so pleased with the final product that I had to write a review. Thanks Savana!

I usually get good service, but this last time was horrible. My hair was not cut like the image I showed the girl. Its supposed to be a A line haircut. Its way to short and not the style its supposed to be. Its all straight across. When it should be longer in the front. Its going to take a very very long time for my hair to grow back out and while I wait I have to deal with this haircut.

Made an appt. to come in for a cut... Lady said, okay Ill put you on the waiting list... Come in 5 min early (to the est. time)and Im told, We dont have you on the list. Im VERY specific when I make plans and such. I knew I called the right place because Ill always re-confirm info w/ people right before I get off the phone.. Im not one to mention names, because the person helping MAY have just made a mistake and she or he may have just been having a bad day. But when I came in to the store and told them this information, they should have done something to soothe the situation and put me at the top of the list or something. Like tell the other customers that they forgot that I was before them and that theyll only have to wait an additional 15 min.. Or that theyll give me a small discount or the other customer a small discount for the inconviniece... But they did NOTHING. Was glad they kept a smile up though.. Thats why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Tried to get a haircut here three times in as many months. No one in the waiting area each time, and the minimum wait time has been 45 minutes.
