My nails are embarrassing ! I came in for a filling and she put another color over the pink and my nails are uneven so she added clear gel at the end of my pink nail. Like wow I’m so angry 😡

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I asked for a appointment and they said I have to wait an HOUR. Then when it was my time they led me in and they were doing pretty well. Until they got to the gel part... The lady put too much gel on my nails so it looked clumpy and thick. I asked if she could fix it and she barely did anything to fix it. I do not recommend. Dollar Tree nails do better.

The woman who did my mani and pedi was very very nice. The place looks a little run down and dingy. It was very expensive for a basic mani and pedi and my nail polish lasted only 3 days before it started to chip

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO HERE!!! IT IS DISGUSTING THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO BE RUDE ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT. I just paid 31 dollars for a polish change and 2 nail repairs. How can you have such high prices but then terrible service my nails are not only different sizes but they are different shapes. I was skeptical when I first walked into the salon just based on the cleanliness of this awful place. The towel that was used to do my nails was not only dirty but had stains on it. Dont waste your time like I did, highly would not recommend.

I love this place! They always treat me so well and the women there are so kind and respectful. They are so thorough and attentive and I always feel wonderful after I leave there. One of the best places to get your nails done in the Hudson valley I feel. The nail art isnt the best but overall I love them. Plus who doesnt love a hot stone massage that is included in your pedicure and manicure? Haha

I went with my 6 year old daughter, I had a full set done with a pedicure and my daughter had a manicure done. As soon as we walked in we were seen so there was no wait for us and we got there around 3pm. I got a gel pedicure done and they did a great job as well my gel full set it was also nicely done, they did a great job. The staff so kind and friendly. Right after my pedicure i only waited for a little bit until someone was able to do my full set, while I waited I got a hot stone back rub that was included in the pedicure and I thought that was amazing that they did that.

Tranquility Nail Spa is my go to for quick acrylic fills. I work until 7pm at night so the fact that they are open until 9:30 is really helpful. The prices are very reasonable and I have liked everyone there who has done my nails.

I have an important party and these girls gave me a beautiful gel manicure. They were nice and I did not have to wait a long time.

They did the wrong thing on my girlfriends nails.

My friend and I made an appointment for 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. Being that their website said that they are open until 9:30pm, we never conceived that this would be a problem. We got there at 8:20pm and was rudely turned away because the women flat out told us that they wanted to go home. I explained that we had an appointment and that we were told you were open until 9:30. One of the women offered to stay and give ONE of us a pedicure, but the other rudely flipped her hand and said she is going home. Awful business and I will never come back here just out of principle. You cant make this stuff up. Awful awful business. Awful service. They had my phone number and if they needed to go home early, they could have called me. I did not get a phone call. Instead I wasted my time driving out with my friend.

I just got out of this place a few minutes but horrible! the lady did the sloppiest, most rushed manicure, also the nail polish was bad, she painted mh nails more than 2 times and still kinda dried out...i was then told to sat at that area where your nails dry, and it took way longer to wait for them to dry and it was longer than the whole manicure procedure..also my dad wanted to pay with a credit card, the lady was rude and said “you don’t have any cash or what” in the most rudest way ever, mind you, there’s so many signs all over the salon stating that the minimum you can pay w a credit card is $15..anyways i got out of the place i get in the car, i then close the door and when i saw my nails once again they were all smudge up..this is a waste of time, do not go here.

The absolute Best nail place in the area!!! Artificial nails, tips, gel manicures, pedicures, massages and waxing etc. Great timely service, good materials, courteous, friendly, clean shop, and not to mention theyll always make you laugh! 🙌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This place doesnt even deserve the one star I gave. The owner was so loud...screaming for An employee to come from the back to do my pedi. I sat for 20 min in the chair w my feet in stagnant cool water before some one came up to me. The owner was counting wads of cash at her nail station and joking loud on a customers phone. The pedicure chairs have holes in them and the equipment is old and dirty. This place is gross. The employees dont understand anything. And there was a dead fly smashed on the wall next to me. Omg this place is disgusting. And it smells like a Chinese restaurant. And they hurt! Hurt a lot!!!! No regard for anything.

The service is great but the place is not appealing do the eye. I really dislike when I am asked to tip in cash, I dont carry cash. Regardless, its rude to mention it.

I went here this weekend to treat myself and my sister to manicures. Let me tell you, this was the sloppiest, most rushed manicure Ive ever gotten. The lady barely filed my nails and left them rough and crooked, SHE HAD ME PAY BEFORE SHE PAINTED MY NAILS, and before I even left the salon, there were bubbles and smudges in my polish. This place is quite unsanitary to the eye, and I will not be returning.

I stopped in for a gel manicure because I happened to be in the mall. Never again. My nails look horrific. They are so messy and bumpy it’s embarrassing. I’ll have to go elsewhere and have them fixed. Absolutely terrible!

This place is right next to Burlington in a little plaza, not at the mall. I went for ANC, the placed seemed nice and professional at first until a male with large glasses there started the process of doing my nails.I had to ask for my cuticles (which were in bad shape) to be groomed. He was using the electric buffer to push my cuticles down amd was making them look even worse. When shaping my nails (which I like square with a round edge), he made all of the ends of my nails slanted...literally slanted like a slope, my nails were cut very unevenly in length as well (some long and some short). When I politely asked the guy to reshape ALL ten fingers because my nails were all oddly shaped at the edges, slanted and uneven, he started to man handle my hands and became VERY rude and rough with me! Roughly throwing my hands aside after he was done with each one. After dipping my fingers in the ANC powder, in order to knock off excess powder, he would flick me very hard directly on my knuckles of each finger he was working on as if to intentionally hurt me.If you ask nicely for tweaks to be done to your nails so that they look how you want them to look in order to be happy with them, which you are paying for, you should not receive the type of attitude and treatment I did at this place! I will NEVER go back to this place, not even to give another person a chance.

Probably the worst manicure Ive ever had. The place is filthy. I couldnt get to my usual place on Sunday and made the mistake of going here for ANC powder. When they were done, my nails were rough, dull and uneven. And their manicures or five dollars more than my regular place! NEVER AGAIN!!

Felt embarrassed and awkward because people don’t understand when we tell something.service was ok for pedicure but manicure was terrible...It happened because I told him 15 percent as tip where he understood tip amount as 15 USD.so he messed up my manicure and jus left me there without completing it...not good and worst customer service.Will not recommend to anyone..I Paid 65 USd and left with an unpleasant feeling..

Very rude! Just got out of gelle manicure there a few days ago and it already is chipping. $40 later! New York City prices for crappy work no thank you. Find someplace else.

This morning I ask one of the nail tech about another employee and she was so RUDE. It’s such a big competition among the employees in this nail shop. She was so upset that I ask about the other nail tech.. My mother and I ended up leaving because of her attitude.

Made a mistake coming here... nails were uneven and lady did not give me what i paid for. She didnt even take off the excess polish on my nails instead she filed, buffed, then i did the SNS powder. When i left there was still powder all over my fingers the lady did not take the powder off, put on hand cram, hot towel, nothing. Wont go back there again

My experience at this horrrible establishment was traumatic . For a starter I had to wait almost 2 hours for a manicure. When I finally got seen they put no effort in doing my nails, they made me bleed and the nail polish was applied uneven. The manager was very disrespectful and did not have good customer service . I would not refer this place to any one and would not recommend spending money at this establishment .

DIGUSTING EXPERIENCE !! Rude lady doing my nails took 4 breaks while doing my nails and was on her phone texting. My nails came out disgusting. They were uneven, un buffed and my cuticles were bleeding. When I told her I was unhappy with them and if she could make them even she got an attitude and told me to calm down. She then quickly tried to fix her awful work before calling her manager and saying I was crazy. Manager tried to help my damaged fingers and digusting nails then had the audacity to scream at me and tell me rude uncalled remarks. Got my refund and left. WILL NEVER RETURN DO NOT RECOMMEND.
