I recently started getting my nails done and I was trying out different salons for gel manicures. This was my third stop after 2 VERY disappointing manicure experiences. Ive never moved on from Sunny Nails because the french mani was SO GOOD. After 17 days the polish was completely intact, even though I wash dishes and do housework everyday. The only reason.I went back for a new mani was because 2 nails broke while pulling laundry out of the dryer. . These nail techs know what they are doing and go the extra mile to do a good job! I will be giving this salon my business from now on!
Loved it! Went there a couple weeks ago.
Excellent pedicure experience. The scrub generated enough friction to create a warm sensation and enhance the massage, very strong hands for my aching legs. I also had my feet filed and a razor tool used, the bottom of my feet are super smooth. Very clean environment, one of the first things I noticed was the cleanliness and precautions used for proper hygiene. 5 stars👍🏼
Use to love this place but the owner left due to medical issues and her brother is running the shop now. Unfortunately he doesnt provide the same customer service they omitted wax at my heels and didnt use the rock for my massage. Me and a handful of ppl i know will not be coming back. Its a shame cause i use to love this place.
I had ANC on my nails and as they were attempting to take it off with their electronic tool they cut me multiple times. I asked them nicely to be careful and they continued to cut me even more. Needless to say I got up and left. Could’ve got the same result if I stuck my hand in a blender. My hands are now cut up and bleeding and I have a wedding to attend tomorrow! :)
Love not feeling rushed or on an assembly line. Great service. Very relaxing.
You must try this place...clean new and beautiful people. I stopped going to Million Nail Spa down the road because of their bad attitudes - dont think they care for people pf color but happy tontaje your $
I had a horrible experience here. I went in for a mani/pedi. I picked one of the long lasting colors, which had a sign above it that indicated $5.00. When I sat down to have my pedicure, the man, Kevin, said this is $5. I thanked him for letting me know, and he continued with the pedicure. He was a bit rough on my feet, and didnt mix any water with the sugar scrub on my legs. He rubbed so hard I asked that he please stop. When we went to the manicure chair, I asked to pay so that I dont mess up my nails trying to get cash after. He charged me $5 extra for the long lasting polish and charged it twice for $10 - a charge for my pedi and for the manicure. I said, oh, I didnt understand that it was a charge for both, and expressed that since I am getting a mani/pedi combo that should really be one $5 charge. He immediately starting yelling at me about how he told me about the $5 cost, and I kept interjecting that I didnt understand it was $5 for each, and I wish I had known that. He threw down my card and my receipt and yelled you crazy, which at that point the woman Sunny ran over. She told me to me to please excuse him, that his English isnt that well. I told her he knows exactly what he is saying and calling a customer crazy is unacceptable. I tried to get a refund, and she insisted on finishing the manicure. $48 dollars, no refund. I wont be back.
Very rude people and con-artists more than double the price off all surrounding areas and did not give price of 60$ until finished for the lower gradetype for my gf talked in Chinese with husband which were their only employees and not what you expect a salon should be more like barber shop
We were taken in right on time for our appointment, clean and friendly.
