I love this shop. They are fast and thorough. The one time I had an issue with a repair through my insurance, they accepted responsibility, ordered the parts needed and worked with me to get my car back in during a time that would work best for me. My only complaint is they are as far away from me as they are. I live in Dover so its difficult to get there and get car work done. However, I have complete faith in their work, and they have been willing to work with me on stuff Ive needed

Super nice people. Appointment was kept and work began quickly. Small, but Comfortable waiting area with leather chairs and a couch. Price was reasonable.Only criticism I had was that I had wait an additional day to complete inspection. Even with that, they took care of me right away and I was in and out.Would continue to service my vehicle here.

Got hit by a deer. Messed up my passenger side. They have my car looking brand new. Employees were extremely nice and very detailed when telling me what they were doing.

Absolutely LOVE the work they did on my moms car! She had a pretty decent size dent and when we received the car back it was like brand new in no time at all! Quality work and it’s guaranteed! The staff of Hudson View were so pleasant to deal with. Can’t wait to bring my car in next!

My car was smashed on drivers side( T Reichwein) the ease in which i was able to make an appointment, get an estimate and finally getting it fixed was amazing- the work was excellent- you cant even tell where i was hit i will not only use them again, but will highly recommend them

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I needed body work on one of my cars. That being said Hudson view were extremely fast, clean, neat, professional and courteous. Let’s not forget about the the work done to my car was one of the best around. The ladies that work in the office are extremely polite, friendly and they make an unpleasant experience better.

Hudson View Auto body was awesome! From start to finish they were efficient and professional. They got me in right away for a quote and were able to take my car when I needed them to and fix it and the car was done before the time I requested! My car looked amazing and was cleaner then when it went in. They are a family owned and operated business and it shows in the service I received. They care about the work and the customers. It is nice to find that today when it is not often the case anymore. I can say I will never go anywhere for my car repairs!

Disappointed......Came here on a Friday morning for an oil change for my 2015 Ford escape. Got the oil change. I was told that everything on my car was fine, including brakes. Car was driving fine like always. Friday evening the car was hit, right side and front bumper damaged. I drove the car until I took it in on Tuesday. Car had no trembling. Took it to Hudson view auto for repairs. Got the car back and as soon as I drove off of the lot I noticed that there was a tremble in the steering wheel and under the seats. Was told to bring the car back. Test drove the car with the mechanic. He said he could hear the engine through the SUV. Got back he looked under the hood and said that it was a mount. I told him my car was not driving like this when I brought it in for a collision repair. Two weeks later I brought the car back in as told to by the mechanic and he would put the mount on for free. Got the car back and its still trembling. Pretty much the owner Darren told me to kick rocks and hes not touching my car anymore. Got a text from the mechanic a couple of days later... saying he wants to make this right. I agreed to meet up on another Saturday after calling the insurance company to let them know that I was not satisfied with the way I got my car back. Went back to Hudson view auto again. They test drove the car, but didnt fix the trembling...gave me a free brake job instead. Mind you, he already had the brakes there...??? I dont need free stuff. I need my vehicle back the way I gave it to you. Being a black female, I feel like I was totally robbed without a gun. The worst part is I thought Darren was a decent human being. I am hurt, disgusted and definitely going to the News and a lawyer with my case. You robbed the wrong black female. Dont know how you sleep at night.

They replaced my passenger door, color matched the rear panel, repaired the bumper and detailed my Chevy SUV perfectly! My insurance agent was proficient and the work was done in less the expected! Five Stars Thank You Darrin and your talented Staff!!

These guys were great! Car was a hell of time, check engine light came on and I was doing everything I could to get it fixed replacement gas cap and resetting the computer and nothing ended up being a sensor ran me even with inspection and labor just under, $300.00 which for what another mechanic had said it would have been a lot more with additional parts. On top of all that they were able to work me a payment plan for the cost.

Great work, professional, and went above and beyond my expectations! When someone hit my truck their insurance company recommended Hudson View Auto Body but I did not expect the level of service that I received-They were up front about the repairs and the time it would take to get it done, gave me a quote the next day on a dent that was there previously, and even stayed open late when I dropped the truck off to wait for Enterprise to pick me up. The inspection was up which I had not noticed and they got me a great deal on two new tires in order for it to pass. (Which I knew had to be done anyway) THATS NOT ALL- I have two dogs that enjoy riding in the truck so needless to say it gets furry...I planned on giving it a good cleaning when the repairs were done but I found it was clean! The truck looks like nothing ever happened to it and they took one thing off my to do list. Great work HVAB and Thank You!

Terrible. They work for their sake, not for customers. I was injured after car accident, but they left me alone in their parking lot on a cold rainy day without offering bathroom or hot coffee, even though I had asked them to drop me off at closest starbucks instead. They just wanted to go home on time for Friday evening. They say 24 hour service, but not true. I had to call for another towing service for extra $400 expense and 2-hr waiting. Of course, before they went home for their weekend, Hudson View already charged me more than $200 to bring me to their parking lot. Dont let the police to call them at your accident.

I have been using Hudson View for many years for all of my auto repair and autobody work on my vehicles. They have always been a pleasure to do business with. Dave, Darren and Ron always go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The recent body repairs on my Crosstrek were excellent and completed quickly. I have and will continue to highly recommend Hudson View for all auto repair services.
