Would bring my car(s) back here without hesitation.Two people who really stood out here were Dante and Anthony, two gentlemen of high character and skill. Would trust my vehicles with them anytime.

Rip off...i came in customer service was great UNTIL I QUESTIONED the work and price.. I asked for them to leave it on the lift so i can see that my catalytic converter was RUSTED OUT as they said...THEY TOOK CAR OFF LIFT ..they didnt know that i literally just replaced my muffler and pipe that lead to catalytic converter.. They claimed it was all rusted out..AND THEY DIDNT realized i work on cars on my off time just didnt have the tools for this 1..and would not give me a quote for the work i supposedly needed... SCAM ARTIST AT THEIR FINEST NEVER EVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN...INSTEAD I USED NEW LINE AUTO!!!! This is not the first time they did this and the first time they blamed it on the employee WELL GUESS WHAT different employee this time but SAME MANAGER AND OWNERS..DO THE MATH!!

I thought buying 4 new tires from Arlington Auto & Tire and having them installed would be a simple process. No. They put on 4 tires and I left. In the half hour it took to get home the drivers side rear tire was flat and the front one was low. Called immediately and was told to put on the spare and bring it back. No. Not the least bit helpful and blamed me from the beginning. You must have run over something. This is Friday. Called another company to put on the spare and went back Monday. This is when they thought of the lie to explain why the tire was flat. It was my fault of course. I have brass valve stem extenders on the tires to make it easier to put in air. According to them, 3 of the 4 were leaking because the gaskets were missing (lie, no gasket in this part). After googling, I found a way to test them and none of them were leaking. Googled some more and found NYS DMV has a Vehicle Safety Complaint Report (VS-35) you can file against repair shops, dealers, etc. They give you a little space to explain your complaint, I attached a pdf file 15 pages (mostly pictures). I had to involve 2 other companies: one to put on the spare and the other to check their work. They failed. They did not tell me they replaced three valve stems. They didnt replace the one on the DS rear tire, which was obvious to the garage that checked because it was shorter, older than the others, torn, and leaking air. Also, the air pressures in the tires had to be adjusted.First contact: March 12, Complaint filed with DMV: March 17You have 90 days to file and it must be done before you file in Small Claims Court (if it comes to that).Got back the extra $260.43 I had to spend.

Was just there for my wifes car state safety inspection everyone is down to earth and honest. Nice to have a auto place in our area that does right by the customers thats why they have been in business for years.

Completely dishonest! SCAM SCAM SCAM They put the wrong oil in my car and lied about the necessary repairs. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO ARLINGTON. Now I have to go somewhere else and have the oil change done again. I had a certified nys inspector look at the car and he confirmed that these people are not to be trusted. I didnt think i needed to specify what kind of oil the car needed as it is stated right on the oil cap. Unbelievable. In addition, they told me the car needed new control arms, when that was not true. Do not expect integrity or honesty from Arlington. SCAM ARTISTSUpdate: 9/7/2021 I thought about updating my post after they passed my inspection and claimed to have put correct oil in the car, but something told me that they truly deserve a terrible review. It turns out that now they are threatening to show up to my job. This really makes it all clear. The owner responded to my post with a threat.. Why are you threatening me? The lack of integrity and character truly shows. I really need to emphasize that these people are not to be trusted and respond to honest reviews with threats. Do not bring your car to the place unless you want to get ripped off and threatened

I went in for a simple oil change. The oil change is complete I leave my car feels funny. My low oil light comes on. I back up and all my oil has drained out of my car. I go back and fixed it. I leave I am on my way home and there is a scrapping sound coming from the bottom of my car. I turn around took it back to them and what I believe to be my skid plate of hanging. The manager drives the car to the back and gives it to the man to fix. Instead of looking to see where it’s open he drives it over the middle area where there is at least a 2 inch lift and bends and jams the plate under my car. He then spends 15 mins trying to get it undone. I ask them what am I supposed to do he said oh you’ll be ok. I’ll order the part(which according to my dealer is on back order). So now I’m driving 2 hrs round trip to work with no protection on my car. All the manager said he can do is give me a free oil change and if I get a refund it voids the free oil change. I do not trust these people with my car!

Brought my car back in March for inspections f oils change. It had 8,000 miles. The tech tried telling me I had bad brakes, when I questioned how he went back and checked. He was checking the wrong thing. Six months later I get an email from carfax that my oil change is due. This business NEVER ASKED ME to register my car with carfax. THEY ALSO DIDNT TELL ME THAT THEY ENTERED ME INTO THIS “SERVICE” So now any little thing that happens with this vehicle will depreciate the value because it will be on a carfax. Nice little scam

I made an appointment on their website on Thursday for Saturday morning. I received an email stating that someone would call me to confirm. By Friday afternoon I decided to call them. I was told they had no record of my appointment, but made one for me at 9am the next day. I needed all four tires forced balanced and all four rims measured for runout. These measurements were required by Tire Rack for warranty purposes. Tire Rack provided a form with instructions, which I gave to the service advisor. He stated his understanding of the job and the need to fill out the form. They didnt take my vehicle until one hour past my appointment. Once completed, they initially didnt have the form, but then found it. It was not filled out. I asked why, and the advisor went into the shop. He returned with the balance info filled out, but not the rim runout test because they didnt do it. Also, they didnt track which tire had what result from the force balance test. The results were shown for tire 1 through tire 4 with no way to know which was which. This was a complete waste of nearly three hours and $65. Ill never go there again. Please keep in mind, the form I provided had specific instructions and was intentionally made to be easy to understand. They didnt seem to be able to follow it.

Went to another mechanic bc my A/C was acting funny. The mechanic told me my compressor was shot and needed a new one & ended up unplugging it. It was towards the end of summer so I decided to wait to the following summer to get it fixed. I brought it to arlington tire this summer. They went and took a look.. plugged the compressor back in and bam the A/C worked !! I so greatly appreciate their honestly. They could have easily sold me on a new compressor as I wouldn’t have any idea. They saved me a bunch of money and made me a happy returning customer !! The guys in the front are so nice and helpful !! Mechanics works quickly and efficiently as well !

I brought my Fiat 500 in to be assessed as I had been feeling a wobbling sensation in my front tire. Adam and the team, found the issue and repaired the potentially dangerous situation. As a woman, I am usually wary when I have to visit an auto service, but was pleasantly surprised with the great customer care I received here - everything was explained to me in a non-condescending manner, was treated respectfully by everyone and trusted I was receiving quality care at fair price. I will definitely be using them for any future auto service needs - hopefully, not anytime soon :)

Purchased 4 new tires with exceptional customer service. After a month and a half, one tire was damaged from road debris. Courtney was so helpful on the phone and my tire was repaired at no cost. Sal took time to explain what may have happened and how they repaired the tire. I felt like I got the red carpet treatment. I will definitely return with all of my automotive needs.

This is my go-to service station. In this pandemic, I’m so glad that I can still count on businesses like this one. The prices are pretty high but reasonable for the quality of service. I really trust them to provide exceptional care on my vehicles. I have had services performed on my 2013 Nissan Rogue and now my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4. They also let me the best options, tailored for my situation and needs.The shop is open early, late, and on many holidays and weekends when others are closed. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced 2020 Labor Day weekend. It also turned out that I needed my rear differential replaced. They waived the fee for diagnostics because they knew how much I would need to spend on those parts and labor as well.The staff is courteous, professional, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable (though I usually just walk over to Panera or Starbucks about 1/4 mile down the road). I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their staff. I’ll be a loyal customer for as long as I live in this area.

I went to Arlington Auto and Tire to get my power steering pump fixed. After diagnosing the problem, they ordered the parts to be ready for when I came back 2 weeks later. Although it took longer than expected, I am happy with the service I received from Sal and the team. Sal’s exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor of the team set this shop apart from the others I have been to. A few days later, I went to the Quick Oil Change. It took no more than 20 minutes, and Sal put a coupon in for me. I will be a returning customer because of these interactions.

I have gone to many service places over the years locally. These guys are honest! They performed work on two of my cars and they did it quickly, and correct. Chris was super helpful on both occasions. If you looking for honest repairs at fair prices. This is your place.

What an absolute scam this place is! All around bad from start to finish. First, I called for an inspection appointment and they said to come right down. Got there 10 minutes later and someone else said nope can’t do it. So we left my car there for service the next day. Next day comes and they called my boyfriend to tell him that my car failed even though it’s in my name, he just happened to be the one to go inside and give them my information. So I go in and they didn’t say 2 words to me but took the inspection sticker off the car and tried to charge us $130 just to diagnose the problem. I took it for a second opinion to another shop and the car passed inspection!! Completely unacceptable service and we will not be going back

I paid too much money for these tires. I was told that they were going to only replace the two tires that the tread was low on. They replaced all 4 tires and I only wanted 2 of the tires replaced. Then, the tires are only 50,000 mile warranty and the tires that were taKen off were 55,000 mile warranty. I am very upset about the amount of money that I was charged. If I would have known this, I would have gone to a discount tire store because I am not going to keep this car.

Took my car for an oil change for the first time at Arlington Auto and Tire and I will continue to bring my car there in the future. The guys that helped me, Jake (liftkit), Prince, and Anthony (new guy), were amazing. They had me in and out so quickly. They were friendly and very professional. As a woman who knows NOTHING about cars, I always worry when I take my car in that I am going to get roped into some service I dont need. These guys were top notch and I will continue to use this business for all of my future servicing needs.

I have to say that my experience with Arlington Tire yesterday was awesome. I called the day before to talk about new tires. I was set on a certain one but after talking with Courtney, decided that a different one was a better choice for the money. She was amazing and thorough and so pleasant that it cemented my choice to go with them. I dropped the car yesterday and was contacted a couple of times to review some issues but there was no pressure and the gentleman that called me was also very pleasant. My tires are beautiful, everything was done that was needed, and my car was ready on time. I have also dealt with them in the past for a jump start and insurance photos and have had nothing but positive experiences so far which is more than I can say for my dealings in the past with the big tire production lines! Scheduled an appointment for a simple operation then they cancelled it day of while I was in front of the garage to pull in because the mechanic didnt show up. Was ignored for half an hour, and then was nearly hit by one of the technicians who was backing a car out of a bay. When I called to ask why this may have happened — no apologies. Came in to have a set of tires mounted, for a NYS inspection and an oil change expecting a wait but the service was great. Shoutout to Timothy, Larry and Prince for getting me taken care of so quickly!

Mori is extremely unprofessional and rude. I called Arlington auto around 7am and brought my car in at 9am. I had my intake changed, was quoted and told by the technician working on my car that it would take no more than two hours. I ended up with a bill right under $500. Charging me almost double the labor time I was expecting to pay. Mori has a disgusting personality and horrible customer service. Sal the store manager seemed to care less about how unprofessional and outlandish a technician was acting towards a customer.

Not very good. I tried to call and confirm a appointment and was put on hold for over 15 minutes two times and then tried to call again and the phone just kept ringing. Went for service for tires and that day they couldnt do my alignment. Asked some type of compensation for inconvenience and was given $15 off. Enough said, next time will be elsewhere for actual customer sevice.

After speaking with the Store Manager the problem was resolved and we will be giving another opportunity for business in the future... thank you for reaching out to us... it makes a difference when people know business Managers/Owners care that much for their customers...Went in for a oil change for both mine and my wifes New 2019 Subarus provided my oil and filters(AMSOIL Signature Series which is 13.30 a quart)that I wanted used in 2 separate boxes one for each car... the 2019 Outback when they drained the oil and removed the filter and replaced with my filter they left old oil around the filter and Id looked like the oil was coming out around the filter very unprofessional on the clean up on that one... now here is the real kicker... the 2019 Crosstrek they put all 6 quarts I had in the box and the car only requires 4.6 quarts.... For those of you that dont know too much oil will damage a engine severely... when I asked my wife for the extra oil to put up she informs me that it isnt in her car so I immediately check the oil and wow... then I take it back to them and the remove some oil through the vacuum system they have but hey guess what they take too much out and have to use the quart I had left from my Outback... then the resolution was they gave me 2 coupons for future services that no one in their right mind would use after and experience such as this...

I dont understand how anyone can give this company a 4.5 star review. There work is quality and i cannot disagree with that. however their customer service is a dismal. The workers love to upcharge wherever they see fit. they also dont care or respect there customers time. I made an appointment for 12pm serveral days before to make sure i do not spend much time at the shop. i get to the shop around 12pm the day of and settle in there lounge area. 1pm roles around car still hasnt be looked at. 2pm roles around still hasnt been looked at. At this point im extremely frustrated and i speak to Sal the person managing my car and ask him when Im going to be taken care of. mentions to me that I am next. 3pm roles around still nothing. 4pm roles around still nothing. I decided to take my car and leave at this point. What is the point of making an appointment if youre going to not handle the client in a timely fashion. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Ive seen multiple people come in after me and leave before me. My car issue required a half an hour of the techs time so it wasnt like i was asking for something grand. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends/family.

During an inspection it was noted my tires were dry rotted and cracking. The service advisor Courtney thought it was unusual for this to happen with only 24k on the OEM tires. She mentioned we could try to get Michelin to honor a warranty which I had no documentation for. She diligently worked with Michelin and after a length of quite some time (probably COVID related), she was able to secure the warranty and replace the tires at minimal cost. Reference Invoice# 0250343. Great experience as always which reminds me why I return to Arlington Auto and Tire time and time again. Been going there for close to 15 years and never disappointed. Thanks for always looking after the best interest of your customers ☺️

When I came back two days later because my tires werent properly balanced, they tried to charge me for a second balancing just to correct their own error

I had two front tires replaced and left instructions NOT to over tighten the wheel lugs much more then the 70ft/lb that bmw specifies today just to be sure Id be able to change a flat I tried to undue the lug nuts .even with a breaker bar with a 4ft extension I am unable to do so, ...This is the second time this has happend with this shop frankly I would not bring a Go cart to them anymore

I have been a customer for 10 years, maybe more. Have brought a lot of my cars foe service. Never disappointed. They get the job done and if they fall short...mistakes happen, they are quick to rectify and follow through with excellent customer service. Moose is great. I recently met CK and Prince and another young guy whos extremely nice. Didnt get his name but he is super nice. Prince and CK know their stuff and are also professional and friendly. They both go above and beyond. I wont bring my honda anywhere else ..(they love hondas, you wont beat their honda oil change price plus the extra attention to details they include). Thank you for making things right.1/13/2021- Ive been a customer of Arlington Tire for close to 10 years. Im not one for posting complaints but I feel like its important for others to know how poor their service has become. My last few visits have been below average but nothing worth writing a review of in my opinion.But in early December I brought my vehicle to have an oil change and renew my inspection. The service engine light was on but I thought that was because the oil change was overdue. My initial visit they completed the oil change but couldnt complete the inspection because the check engine light was on (it wasnt the oil change but another issue). They didnt have the part and had to order it, said they would call the following week once the part came in and schedule the repair. Now at this point Im stuck with a vehicle for 7 days with no inspection sticker (they had to remove the old one).The following week came and no call, I call on the 8th day and they couldnt find my record and needed me to tell them what the part was. They said they would call their distributor and call me back. They called back the next day and schedule the repair. They asked if I could leave the vehicle for the entire day instead of waiting for it. Although an inconvenience it was better than spending the day in their waiting room. The end of the day I still havent heard back. I called to pick up the vehicle and Im told they need it another day, there was a problem with the part and they were going to get a better quality part (sure). Up to this point I was annoyed but its the Holidays, with Covid and everything else I figure its not worth making a big deal, no problem Ill see you tomorrow.The following day I get a call saying they need to charge me another $100 for labor (I had already paid for all the work after my first visit - my mistake, wont do that again). Now Im annoyed but I just want my vehicle back, after the issues I had during previous repair visits I decide Ill pay the additional cost and find myself a new repair shop for the future.Next day and again no call, I dont bother calling ahead this time and arrive 15 minutes before closing. Told the vehicle is done, I pay and walk out the door. As Im walking up to my vehicle the tech behind the counter comes running out Sorry the sticker isnt on the car. Even though we test drove it, needs to be driven 20 miles before we can put the sticker on it, theres a temporary in the window but dont worry come back tomorrow or any day and see me, well slap a sticker on, wont cost you anything and will only take a minute. I cant believe this is how they operate.Two days later I returned after driving significantly more than 20 miles (I dont want any excuse for them to tell me I have to come back a 4th time, should have known better). I arrive, talk to the same young man, tells me to pull it around back hell have a sticker put on for me. I pull up a few minutes go by and a mechanic comes out asking what I need, no idea why Im there. I explain to him why I was told to come around back, he says hell be right back. A few minutes later he comes back and says right now hes running low on stickers, since my temporary is still good for a few days could I come back again? I tell him, I wont be coming back for a 4th visit, please put a sticker so I can be on my way. He says okay Ill be right back and disappears inside again. Another mechanic comes out and explains that they have 11 appointments for inspections today and only 9 stickers left. They wont be able to give me a sticker today come back another time. I explain to him this in my 3rd trip here, Im not taking time off of work for a 4th visit. Since you dont have enough stickers to begin with, calling another customer (who hasnt made 3 trips already) and rescheduling shouldnt be a problem. He refuses and tells me the temp is good until this date and come back before then.

Invoice # 234005 upon entering this automotive service repair shop I was greeted by the manager Moose and spoke with him about a car inspection and some other car services that I may need, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and concerns he then directed me to one of the service writers Courtney who is very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re inspection was done with impeccable timing . I was in and out within the hour and back on the road to do my daily work. I highly recommend ARLINGTON AUTO AND TIRE ! Moose is the greatest and will give you the shirt off his back if need be . And Courtney is more than just a service writer she’s serious and very knowledgeable in her field of work and She’s got my family’s vote for the next assistant manager At Arlington auto and tire .

Good service, just takes awhile to get the vehicle done. I get it with the times we are in, but took a very long time for a tire change.. They did a great job, happy with the tire.

I went there because my steering started feeling unsafe and loud noise was coming from the front end and getting worse.It was diagnosed that the tires were wearing uneven and it needed a wheel alignment.It was diagnosed and fixed within 1 1/2 hours from when I drove there to When we left. I think that was fast to have it diagnosed, aligned, rotate tires and balanced.I especially liked that Chris & the technicians explained each step of the process,I will definitely bring my cars back there.
