I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received from Michael Peters. He contacted me at around 1 p.m. this afternoon. The purpose of his call was to inform me of not receiving an inspection report for my vehicle. My response was I submitted the aforementioned to an associate, Leigh-Ann on November 19th. In order to rectify the issue, I forwarded the inspection report to his email for his review. I then asked him to confirm his receipt of the document. He acknowledged his acquisition of the report, reviewed it, and was satisfied with the results. When the call ended, I was under the impression everything was fine. Much to my surprise, I received a second call from him at around 4:30 p.m. this evening. He said I emailed the wrong report, as a photo inspection was required. I was very perplexed because he called at the last minute to notify me of that issue. WHY DIDNT HE OR LEIGH-ANN VIEW MY ATTACHMENT ON THE DAY IT WAS SENT AND INFORM ME OF THE ERROR SOONER?!!!! When I voiced my grievances on how my case was handled, I was recriminated against. Moreover, he interjected numerous times and did not give me the chance to speak. He even tried to cast blame on me for missing the mark and said there was nothing he could do about it. This occurrence is a prime example of placing insult to injury. Mr. Peters is insensitive, arrogant, cantankerous, and irresponsible. It is quite evident his motives were set on attempting to undermine my value as a customer. Thanks to him, I will lose damage coverage to my car by 12:01 a.m. tomorrow. I am unsure how he was able to have his own private Allstate agency with his lack of professionalism. I thought Allstate would display a greater level of competency than this! I guess I was wrong. Surely, it does not take a rocket scientist or an MBA recipient to know how to properly address the needs of a client.

I have been with Allstate Insurance for over thirty years. They have been accommodating.However, Leigh Ann Gustin, customer service rep., is exceptional. She goes out of her way to assist you. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and patient.She is truly an asset to the Michael Peters: Allstate agency in Canterbury Plaza. I would rate her a ten plus.Valetia

After an accident in NJ and our car was totaled they added the new car but took forever sending the plates. They’re still charging us for the insurance on the car they totaled 5 months later! The agent was confrontational and argumentative to the point we had to request a different agent!
