I was in the process of a closing for my first home. The experience itself can be stressful. When shopping around for the best price for the homeowners insurance, State Farm has everyone beat. Michael a table, the associate I was storming wasn’t only professional but also courteous and easy to work with. Explained and answered any questions I had and was quick with the process. I’m so happy to be a new customer!

Very time I call they are very responsive and helpful with giving good and creditable information. I was recently in an accident while nine months pregnant and they have made so many calls to assist me and take a lot of the stress off of the entire situation. I highly recommend Scott’s office!!

First thing I’ll say is I WOULD NOT recommend these guys at all. I been dealing with these guys for over a year and they are just HORRIBLE !!!!!. It seems like once they get your policy and make they commission off you they toss you to the side. Every time I call for the guy that handles my polices which is Mike he always “ stepped away from the desk or is out for a couple days “ and every time I do speak to him he always say he will have to get back to me but NEVER DO. During the process of getting my life insurance policy mike will text me and call me almost every day to make sure I completed the steps to get the policy and most important for him to ( GET HIS COMMISSION) after i finished the steps I had to take I never heard from them. Still to this day I don’t have any documentation about my life insurance policy mind you it been almost 6 months since the policy was completed . I’m going to make this simple for you guys reading this review DONT waist your time dealing with this office go else we’re once they get you to get a policy they kick you to the curve and don’t even respond to you. I’ll get insured somewhere else.

Scott Marxer was excellent in helping me with my auto and home insurance. I switched over from Progressive, and was choosing between a few companies. Scott was the most responsive, with the best customer service, and offered competitive rates. I’ll be coming back to him for more bundled policies (business and life).

Mike was friendly and called back promptly tho we played a little phone tag. Only critique is i gave all the info and it was not saved so i had to repeat it once i was ready to pay and activate the insurance.

His staff is always pleasant and they answer the phone immediately. Scott runs his agency like an old school insurance company, where you actually speak to a real person and they help you over the phone without any bait and switch like many of the online insurance companies do. Let me start by saying that Scott isnt actually my insurance agent. Yet. He handles all the insurance policies for my partners family. Scott is awesome... hes very friendly and conversational, which makes all the complicated things hes explaining much easier to understand properly. Ive only ever heard excellent things about his service over the years. Best insurance experience. His staff is also very awesome, making you feel welcome and always offering refreshments.

Why is it always a fight to cancel a policy? Especially when calling on agents? And the person who picked up wouldnt even let me talk to someone about it. I asked for the boss. The reply: I am the boss. I wonder if Scott Marxer knows he isnt the actual boss.

Scott Is a Saint, After my big home insurance company (GEICO) cancelled my policy on very short notice due to the Inspector not knowing how old the roof was, (they were concerned that it was older than it actually is). I called Scott. Immediately he said he was able to help and assured me I would not have a lapse, and sure enough he helped (in record time might I add) We are so Satisfied that once we get settled in our new home we are going to switch our cars and camper insurance to State Farm with Scott as well. Scott is a great guy although state farm is somewhat difficult to deal with if you have to call corporate offices. But Scott and staff try very hard to work things out with their customers.
