On Air Direct senior management/ownership truly care about their employees. As a staffing partner I have watched employees start out in entry level roles and advance into management positions. Employees are given the opportunity to develop in a culture that respects different skill sets and challenges each other to reach their potential.

This place is horrible, firing their best employees for the silliest reasons, people need their jobs and they take jobs away, I do not recommend this place, they will fire you during your training. This place needs to be shut down. DO NOT WORK HERE, my partner was here for a week and got fired during her training for making a TRAINEE MISTAKE, dont waste your time working here.

Worst place to work!!!! This place hires you for a week then fires you on the job training, the supervisor Michael is the worst, firing people left and right that are trying to make a living, do not work here, they will waste your time.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst place ever to pick up a load, first they have a piece of paper that says to use the walkie talkie to contact receiving but that thing not even charged or working, every body ignore you like if theres no one there, super lazy people you give them the pickup # and they dont even come back to let you know if they going to load you or not, then you have to be asking everybody else to see if they want to load you i been here for more then 4 hours and they havent start to load me yet what a joke this is ridiculous.

Horrible place to get a job. Most days you sit and do nothing for almost an hour. Those in charge can’t do their job that employees are telling other employees what to do. Most employees don’t know parts of the forklift or how to even use a tape gun. Messy environment and disrespectful people. Temps are hired to get the job done then they make you leave. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great place to work. Cant say enough about how awesome management is.

I have worked with the people over at On Air Direct for almost six years. Every employee I deal with is helpful and polite. Our trucks deliver to OAD several times each week and we are always offloaded within the hour. Would highly recommend any companies that need help with fulfillment, picking and packing or kitting to give them a shot.

On Air Direct was integral to helping us get our product into QVC’s distribution centers. There are so many procedures in getting your products in QVC that it becomes extremly overwhelming, especially for a company who is new to the process. OAD was quick to assist, they were clearly experts on what needed to be done and were extremely nurturing throughout the entire experience. OAD is always my go-to source when I need a partner for warehouse, fulfillment and shipping logistics.
