I called asking for nail extensions and the receptionist was so incredibly rude, and in fact hung up on me 2 times when I was asking the price list, I called back and she proceeded to speak in a hostile tone and was incredibly unprofessional. She said that nail extensions were $120 which is absolutely absurd, I live in Potomac and I have never seen prices that high before. Please hire a new receptionist, if that is the way they run their business I will never be going here, and I will tell my friends to never step foot in this salon. Gross.

Best nail salon in the area.they are so kind and helpful.. even when I ask for crazy Pinterest nail. The salon is very clean and have some of the best covid safety measures in place. I highly recommend any one to get their nails done.

Love the soothing atmosphere. Me and daughter went there for the first time and loved it. We went to get Acrylic nails but Victoria explained to us that the dip was a better option. I’m glad we took her advice both me and my daughter left very happy. This will be our new nail spot.

Everyone is really nice there, and I went back three times. The thing which bugged me was that each time you have a different person you get a different service for the same service.With the first one the massage after the pedicure was great, the two other times it was mediocre.I do powder dip and I was surprised they used other products than SNS. I have been doing powder dip for almost four years, and it was the first time I had someone using other products. Lets just say, it did not work. My powder dip nails keep popping out. I turned my back five minutes and I have lost another nail! I mean, seriously?Also, the first time with the powder dip, she cut my cuticles and I got a real manicure. The two other times with other technicians, they skipped that part.When you are getting the same service at the same salon, it would just make sense to get the exact same service, right? Or am I picky?Again, all the techs are adorable. I was just not happy with what happened after.Two weeks ago, I went to my old salon, and got SNS nails, and two week later, they are still there, so I do believe that maybe they get cheaper products, and you get what you pay for, except that they are far from cheap.I like the technicians, just not the service.

What I really like about village nail studio is the professionalism of the staffs and cleanliness of the facility. I got my eyelash extensions done. I wasnt sure what kind of extension I would want at first and Victoria said leave it to her. Since its one of her expertises, I just laid there comfortably with warm blanket waiting for my set of eyelashes. And oh my! I love the outcome! Thanks Victoria for this wonderful experience

I had a lovely experience here. Victoria gave me my first powder dip manicure, and Im so pleased she told me about it (I typically get a shellac mani, but I may now be a convert).She helped me select a classic sheer pink/natural colour (quite similar to Essie Mademoiselle) and was patient as we tested a few different shades.They have a large selection of colours including Essie, OPI, CND as well as some other brands. Here is a photo of my manicure that I snapped two days later. Please note - Im not the best photog, so this doesnt do the manicure justice :).Than you again, Victoria. Ill be sure to stop in again the next time Im in town.

I had my pedi and foot massage here. Massage chair was a bonus too! My daughters love the experience and friendly staffs everytime they get their nails done. The place is sparkly clean!I recently had my eyelashes and my eyebrows done as well. Victoria was very professional and very attentive ensuring my comfort. My lashes look amazing!!! Im very pleased and so as my husband. Even my coworkers loved it. Didnt mind spending money on it because its definitely worth the price and will be coming back for sure :)

Had the Hawaiian pedicure and the indulgence is worth every penny. My feet still felt soft and energized a week later after the parafin wax and massage. Super nice staff and clean facility too.

I get my mani, pedi and waxing here monthly since they opened. I have to say my experience here had always been amazing! They are always professional and most importantly, very CLEAN! They always take their time and their spa pedicures are aammaaazzingggg :D. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

This new place was its own worst enemy. I really came hoping to like it. Geographically, it would’ve been so convenient. However, because a few women came at the same time, instead of scheduling and telling some women to come back, they simply told everybody to pick out their color and said the woman before each was almost done, even when they had just gotten there. So when I sat down, they immediately told the women after me that I was almost done when I had not yet begun.You were a piece of meat, a commodity, not a valued client at all. They were rushed rushed rushed. They had no concern about anyone. Really, not a very nice place.

I got a ombré dip manicure and I loved it. The salon was clean and the ladies were super nice. Highly recommend to anyone.

“Grand opening” 10% off was not worth the time or the money. While these ladies were very nice, it seems they just learned to do nails on YouTube. There is a lot of chaos and they charged to remove my other polish and then for full manicure 🙄. Now- less than a week later, my daughter and I both have SNS dip manicure that is chipped and broken and needs to be re-done. Will not return.

Terrible. Everything about my pedicure was blah. Lukewarm water barely had bubbles. Massage chair barely worked. Nail technician rushed through it even though the place was empty. Will never go back.

By far the worst manicure I have ever had. If possible to give Village Nail Studio zero stars, I would have. Don’t waste your money.
