Called to schedule appointment and was asked to come now, which was fine. Friendly ladies. The girl who did my pedi didnt talk much. She did a quick and efficient job (a little polish on my skin/toe though). She also had to cut/file thumb nail bc it had broke proir to.

Wonderful experience overall.. Best manicure and pedicure I have had in years.. Brow and lip waxing was excellent and done with great attention to detail.. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the shop is immaculate.. Prices are reasonable and I will definitely be a repeat customer.. Today I brought my 6 years daughter in and she LOVES... They are so great..

Customer service is great, the people are very polite and professional however I have gotten my nails and toes done here 3 times. Each time a nail has broken off and needed to be fixed like a week later. They charge a lot for their services so I feel like that shouldnt happen at all. I should be able to go at least two weeks with a full set but each time my nail broken completely off. This time two of them did while just simply scratching my arm.

This place was extremely expensive for a very mediocre gel mani pedi. Not to mention the actual location/venue was nothing special or glamorous. The staff was pleasant enough but my gel manicure has bubbles and was way overpriced. My cousin who made the booking over the phone was told it was 78 for both then when I went to pay it was over 100$ making it 120 with tip. Not worth it at all. And, my nails are starting to break/chip less than a week later.

Great quality, high price not very luxe.

Worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. My cuticles were bleeding and all of my nails are so short it hurts.
