This group is great to work with. Carol got things arranged for us after the big windstorm and we had tree damage at our house. She had people out to get the tree off the garage, and the hole in the roof tarped up before I even got home that night. Great service, great care and great people. Cannot say enough good things about them. The contractors that they sent out did the job perfectly and have even hired one of them to do more things for us as well with the clean up. Thank you again for all of your help.

These folks are wonderful. Sandra arrived right on time and was very professional as well as caring about the situation and our constraints. She assisted with researching treatment options as well as possible other businsses that were qualified to do work outside the scope of their general practice. All this was done at no cost to us and we very much appreciated their efforts to assist.

An older customer had ServiceMaster clean and repair her home after a small fire. She raved about the job they did. The employees were kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable with them being in the home and she was very satisfied with the quality of work.

We had what seemed at first to be a very small attic fire that burned down into our main floor a little bit. The process was overwhelming and, within a few hours, we had calls pouring in from contractors wanting to help. We interviewed a few different businesses and decided to go with Jim and Carol at Diversity Servicemaster. The first thing that I realized is that they knew exactly what to look for, what to expect, and how fires work in general. Jim, it turns out, was a firefighter in the service (another bonus, support a veteran business) and in the private sector and has extensive background in fires and restoration. This nightmare - ash and insulation everywhere, the possibility of asbestos, water damage, chemical damage, and the smell.... the smell of a lovely campfire or woodstove mixed with that I can only describe as a toxic inferno of melted wires, malfunctioning heaters, and hot plastic resin.... well, the smell - like everything else - is gone. The entire house was cleaned top to bottom, inside and out. The electronics and textiles were sent to a specialty company who they work with, amazing electricians (CTC if youre curious) were promptly called in to secure the house, isolate bad circuits, and ensure safety, and most important to me was that the house was quadrened off, damage isolated, and the process run professionally and expediently without disrupting our lives. Carol was the point of contact for the company and a lovely lady called Amber was our site contact and here every day. Carol and Amber were understanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and worked very hard to complete this nightmare of a task (for me at least a nightmare) fully, properly, and while accommodating our needs. Its unusual to find companies who will truly work to earn your business, your trust, and are of their word. This franchise is all of these things and I recommend them to anyone in need of restoration work!

I have worked with Brandon and his team on multiple projects now. They do a much better job than other contractors and construction companies when it comes to communication and getting things done. They care about their clients, contractors and quality work. If you need restoration services, I highly recommend ServiceMaster in Post Falls!

Owner mr davis of by diversity is terrible person to speak to. Talking with him its excuses and all about himself no care in the world for the safety of his employees & or the actual jobsite. I wont ever use this company. Employees are great workers hope they find a new boss.

I have not personally used ServiceMaster only because, thank goodness, I havent had to. However, all of our clients that I have spoken with that have used ServiceMaster, have reported positive experiences and stated they would use ServiceMaster again if needed.

In all the years of service, ServiceMaster has been dependable, and the office is spotless. When we have had trouble with the building keys, they reached out to me to ensure that the issue was remedied. Very nice to deal with!

Their operations manager, Jim, was supposed to be here at 10am, as hed previously agreed to this timeframe yesterday. Yet, I called their office at 10:30am frustrated that no one showed up and or called, only to find out he may show up after 11am. Im disappointed, to say the least.
