Their project manager assured us that theyve handled situations much worse and could start working right away. Everything is now dry and as good as new, couldnt be happier and would recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

We had a leak and flood that made its way into a creepy crawl space. We called for help and Daniel was at our door in two hours with a smile on his face! He took control of the situation and settled our anxiety. He set up equipment, cleaned everything up and left my kitchen spotless. He was very aware of what he needed to have available for our adjuster. His presence, paperwork, and efficiency were excellent. He had to go down in that crawl space numerous times to get it dry. He always came out with a smile! He worked all weekend on our dry out.Thanks Daniel, you really did a super job.

Had a small fire in my kitchen from a pan left unattended, and the grease caught fire. The damage wasn’t too bad as I put the fire out quickly, but the whole ceiling and wall were black! After the soot was cleaned off there was still a decent amount of damage to the drywall and surrounding area from the fire. Coeur d’Alene was the quickest to respond of all the companies that I called, and the price was fantastic. They came almost immediately and fixed my kitchen. One of the best companies that I have ever worked with! I recommend them 100%

He does an amazing job with clean up and water removal. I was very impressed with how clean he was. Not only is he very clean he is nice, honest and does a great job of communicating.

Very impressed with coeur dalene water and fire. My bathroom and kitchen flooded from a cracked pipe in the apartment above. From the day they were contracted to do the work, they had everything restored in 3 days! Special thanks to the clean up crew, who did a final walk through after all work was complete.

Coeur d’Alene Water and Fire came out to take care of some mold growth behind my water heater. Apparently I had a leak some time ago that I missed. Daniel was able to contain the area and got rid of the mold. He also explained how to prevent future mold growth. I will use him for future mold problems.
