This was my first time pulling out a loan and I have to say the customer service I received was exceptional. i had the pleasure to work with Chelsea and she was great, her customer service was excellent and was very patient with me through the process as we ran into a few bumps but the outcome was great. Many times getting a loan is stressful and embarrassing but I had the best experience with Chelsea at ChecknGo in Post Falls, ID. It was a wonderful atmosphere. As professional as a regular bank. Even though I made things more difficult they were so patient with me.I had discovered that I made a mistake in the paperwork and despite already spending 45 mins with me she redid all my paperwork.She is the friendliest worker who truly cared about what I need. She bent over backwards to fix everything! I recommend this place for anyone who wants professional, friendly assistance in obtaining a loan. I was instantly put at ease. Sarah and Chelsea are the best went there last night try to cash my check had a few problems not with them with their third party the girls were completely awesome I came back today they got me handled the crazy thing about it is I went to Moneytree and Moneytree tried to charge me 25% of $3,000 which breaks down to they wanted $500 that is highway robbery I would definitely suggest going to check and go you can work with Sarah or you can work with Chelsea either way Teamwork Makes the DreamWork
