I’ve been going here for about 3 years now. I love the atmosphere. Everyone here is very nice, especially Mark. Mark will help you with all of your fitness goals and more. I especially like working out and then going for a walk or run around the block in Old Town. Highly recommended if you are looking for a real judgement free zone.

Old school gym without all the fluff, but with everything you need to meet your fitness goals. A rare gem these days. I never have to wait for equipment, and Mark (the owner) is very friendly and will even give you a spot. The price is right, too.

My memories of training with Mark back in 1989/90 with Lou Thesz as coach, are still vivid indeed. Frankly, Mark should be in the high #s $$ wise as opposed to performers like Austin, Johnson, Taker, Cena, the list goes on!....Mark was just too solid in in character to become a political puppet to excel financially where the above mentioned would have a hard time making it through Lou Theszs school when I was there.,Well done Marki!...... Nice quite place to lift and meet friendly folks! No lines and the owner is very friendly and remembers everyone.
