Not understanding to Their patients. Threatened to cancel because when patient is having mental illness and other issues. How rude. Just know they aren’t always on time and sometimes have to make the client wait as well. We are all human. They aren’t perfect and aren’t always on time with a lot of stuff. I guess since you have to make a whole schedule for the entire month, you’re not supposed to have changes or “life happens” during that time because if you try to call and reschedule it’s considered a cancel and they will threatened to cancel you entirely. Weird, especially when it was a “life happens” situation. Normally patients have a good experience here. Maybe doctors should refer patients elsewhere. Very disappointing.

They were all very PROFESSIONAL here and I would return for more therapy...MS. Cathy and MS. Terrie were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of their jobs❗❗❗

Love how they practice proper protocol with cleanliness during this Pandemic. Staff is helpful and friendly. And most importantly professional. Physical therapy has been very promising.
