Great apartments, great views and great staff; however the City has a major construction project going on beside the building. If you are mandated to work from home, go elsewhere. It has been a nightmare for the past two months, as I can not speak with my clients/superiors via phone due to the noise. After living here for five years, it is very disappointing that I may have to vacate and pay for an apartment that I can’t occupy (due to noise) until it is rented by another tenant. Apparently, this is expected to be a year long project.

Honestly one of the best places we ever lived. Minus a couple of neighbor incidents. But great overall. The atmosphere is warm and the people are upmost respectful

Overall this was a good place to live. Staff was nice. The views were great, and it’s close to the ferry and other attractions. The only issues I had were the annoying water and electricity shut offs for 8+ hours at a time during road construction. I would have liked to have my own washer and dryer since others on your floor may leave dirt or other items in the communal washers.

The website clearly say No credit check,but one was done anyway. My husband and I were told we were only paying for the application fee at the time! They expect everyone to have top notch credit. In reality its just not possible. Very disappointed

This place is Awesome, Clean and Top notch service 24/7. Management and the Staff are wonderful and always on top of whatever you need. The property stays manicured. The amenities included are superb, you can’t beat it. There’s NO need to look anywhere else, It’s well worth it. Whatever issues arise, they’re quick to resolve it. I even had some medical supplies I couldn’t get rid of, they helped me with that. They go beyond the call of duty to help you. Caring, wonderful Ppl I’m going to miss them. It’s an Absolutely Beautiful place, You MUST see it.

The views are fabulous and the staff is incredible. The staff goes out of their way to get to know you and they really make your apartment feel like a home!

I currently live at Harbor Tower but sadly will be moving out at the end of April. I have read some of the reviews and I have NEVER had any problems with management or maintenance. I am in this industry myself and I understand all that goes with managing apartment communities. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Every concern, no matter how big or small, has been addressed immediately. The staff is very friendly and always available to help out. I very highly recommend this community. The surrounding area is so picturesque and within easy walking distance to many fine restaurants and the wonderful Commodore Theater. The ferry is right there, so going to Norfolk is just a ferry ride away, with may wonderful venues there as well. I am certainly going to miss everyone. And to those who may have had negative experiences, perhaps it may be that you get back what you give out.

I absolutely love living here! All of the staff are friendly and the views are amazing. The amenities (pool, sauna, gym) are included and well worth it. Hands down the best place to live in Portsmouth!

Very beautiful rooms, clean facility, and a helpful staff. I lived here for one year and that was the best living arrangement I had in the 2.5 years Ive been in the area. Down town Portsmouth is a walk away with plenty of dining choices and nightlife choices. There is also a ferry that will take you to downtown Norfolk right outside the apartment complex as well. They also have a gym, locker room, pool, computer room, billiards room, and a common room at no additional costs to use.

The staff are amazing! I loved my spacious one bedroom. I had a few unfortunate events here but none that had to do with the apartments just the area. This place is pet friendly! I never had to worry about being home to get important packages because the concierge would have them ready for pick up. This place had a sauna in the locker room and a nice gym! I never had to worry about printing something because I could go down in the business room. Granted, I lived on the16th floor and we had the fire alarms go off when I was there but if your elderly they send someone to get you if you cant get down yourself

The staff was helpful until they called to reject me. I make more money than what is required, two little minor things on my credit and I was rejected. The company expects you to have A1 credit. One of the questions that was asked was illegal and I feel offended that it would even be asked. This is not the place that you would want to stay.

Really enjoyed living here. The view we had was spectacular (24th floor) The staff are amazing and the amenities are great. No complaints.

Perfect location! Walking distance to Olde Towne and AMAZING restaurants! Staff is great and you cannot beat the amenities! Check this place out, we were sad to go

I miss living here! I would still live here if I didnt have to move for the Navy. Its walking distance to High street in Portsmouth and Walking distance to Granby Street in Norfolk.
