We had an emergency situation. Our son was leaving for college (in 2 days) with his car (for the first time) and we were notified that it would never make the long journey. Between Jen, in the office, and Jamie, and their mechanics, they prioritized the situation and got my son off to school safely. I cant thank them enough. Jamie was able to get us into the shop, diagnosed the issue and even after encountering challenges in getting the correct parts - was able to have the repairs made and us back on the road in a very short time.We then traveled some 1800 miles and had no further problems.Jamie is a problem solver and was great at getting us into the shop and back on the road.High recommendations for this shop and Jamie and his team at DePaul Diesel Services..

My wife and I purchased our dream boat, a few years ago and have been enjoying every minute of it. But in the back of my head I new I have never had an AUTHORIZED Volvo mechanic take care of the engine. The marinas that we used the past few years are all self trained, and this was beginning to bother me.We brought the boat to DePaul and it is amazing what they have done in one season. Based on the hours on the boat it was recommended that the cooling system be checked. They found what could have been a major problem in the near future. They sent pictures of the problem and what it should look like. You have to have confidence in you engine on the water, and having a team on authorized mechanics now taking care of mine is priceless.Additionally I have nothing but great things to say about Jenn at DePaul. If Jenn didnt know the answer to my question she found out and CALLED BACK or emailed that is unheard of.She is extremely professional, easy going and it never seemed like I was bothering her. Cant thank these people enough. Great, great service

Tom is a great technician who is great to work with and very experienced in his field. We have had work done in RI but also abroad, when we have needed them and ready to ship parts to any corner of the planet. You guys are the BEST!
