We bought a email authentication certificate recently througthout the web, the process to authenticate my location was the worse. I sent them all my company papers and bank documents to validate my certificate email. It was never possible and the agent keep asking me for more papers. I do not had any option but cancel it. I think this is the worse authentication process that a company can has to verify company location. I will never recommend this company. Also, the representative told me the refund can take up to 10 days. I hope Amazon start selling soon Email Identificator Certificate, a least the refund are right away. I am very disapoinment.
