Mr Dave & Ms Vanessa have always been nice caring and helpful I’ve rented vehicles from them for over 5 years now for family vacations or simply when my vehicle was getting maintenance. I always go inside to make my reservations or call because online has never been my thing. They are very accommodating and nice I would suggest them to anyone looking for a rental.

Vanessa was amazing in helping me throughout the whole process. Communication is excellent and the car was amazing. Pricing is very good compared to other car rental places. I am definitely coming back anytime I need a rental.

I went there with my pay stub and current utility bill and they helped me tremendously! David was very professional and he made everything so easy! I would recommend this place to anybody I know!

Horrible service! One of their employees gave incorrect information required for rental. They acknowledge employee had previously misinformed others. They made comment this wasnt the 1st or 2nd time. Did nothing to make things right. AVOID. dont waste your time!

There the worst company to ever deal with, you need full coverage? And then tells me that there’s nothing we can do for you, instead of working something out. The company is trash.

Very poor service, rude and unprofessional!!I was in the shop for roughly 5 minutes and decided to take my money elsewhere!!! If you dont like your job or are over worked please dont take it out on the customers.

Management and receptionist are very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone. It would be worth paying the extra few dollars somewhere else to get great customer service. There are several other car rental places on Airline Blvd to choose from. Stay away from this place it is not worth the hassle.

I rented a car on Thursday from this place and the lady who was at the front desk was clearly sick. She couldnt wait on me until she excused herself to go to the back room to sneeze, cough and blow her nose. I didnt see if she washed her hands or not. She wasnt wearing a mask nor gloves. I reluctantly went ahead with the rental transaction and had to hand over my identification and bank card for her to process. She touched my ID and card during this and gave me the paperwork and pen for my signature. I cant believe that this business had someone like that assisting customers. After I got in the rental car to exit the lot, I immediately noticed that the car was sounding loud like the muffler was bad. Come to find out after 2 days of driving around the car started smoking under the hood. My friend checked it out and found out that there was a busted hose running from the heating line and also the oil was very low. I had to park it where I was at and wont be able to use it for the duration of the rental and it will be have to be towed on Monday when they open up. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied.

Been there a handful of times and everyone has always been nice and found me a car, on short notice for baseball tournaments. Thank you

George and David are wonderful and will do what they can to help you if you find yourself in a jam. I purchased a vehicle from them and would recommend them to anyone. They are friendly, trust worthy and just all around nice people.

Went here a few yrs ago and ended up with a lawsuit!Someone ran into the bck of the car while I was asleep and the car was parked in front of my house.I called the police and USave.The police made out a report,which I took to USave.The guy there took the car somewhere for half an hour,came bck and the black guy asked if I was ready for the bad news.He then told me that I had to pay $500 for a deductible up front which was not in there clause! He told me I had til the end of the day to pay.When I got bck to my home a few hours later,they were knocking on my door for the keys to the car!They then took the car(after I had already paid to keep it an extra day),didnt return any of my deposit or other money(since they got the car bck early) and then slapped me with a lawsuit a few days later which I won!I will never go to them again in life!!!

You, get what you pay for. If you have no major credit card or are doing something very last minute and every major car rental place is out of cars or to expensive then this is the place for you. The car was two steps from being a hoop ride and some sort of light was on the dash indicating a problem.

SCAM ALERT.Check every single scratch or nook before you leave with their vehicle. They ignored a lot of them on the checklist ON PURPOSE and my girl had to point out many scratches before she left. They later proceeded to charge her $50 for a dent she didnt see due to darkness.DO THE SCRATCH CHECKLIST YOURSELF.

Thus place here is a life saver, they really came thru when I needed to get out of town and other places where a hassle, thanks you u save, will see yall again soon
