One of the best labs in Virginia. The staff was superb and very friendly. Nothing more better than having someone who cares about you and your health. Couldnt feel a thing when the tech drew blood.
Was in & out in a jiffy. All I needed was my blood drawn & Lauren got me in & out in no time. I really had to write this review because since I’ve been a baby, it’s always been hard for them to find my veins to draw blood. Lauren is very professional & clearly knows what she’s doing because she said all she would need is a smaller needle & she got the vein right away. You go girl! Thank you again 🤗
The older lady at the front really isnt a people person at all!! Why do you have the easy check in from your car if it dont work??? I had to go in and deal with her unpleasant self!! And this is jerrika on my husbands account!!!

Im not sure why this place has such poor reviews. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The check-in process was super quick, the lab work was super quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this location when I need lab work.
Took over an hour to be checked in front desk person rude as can be. Try and go somewhere else if you can.
The service was fast. However the front desk was not very helpful. I was the only person in line when I got there and I wanted to check-in with a person not a kiosk machine. I said that I wanted to check in and basically was forced to used the express kiosk. I wasnt given any explanation why I had to do that. I mean they are sitting right behind a computer and can look up my info. I just really felt insulted because of their negative tone, facial expressions, and no explanation other than no, you must use the kiosk machine to check-in.
Theyll take your money for payment and then send you bills, collection notices, and even DELINQUENCY LETTERS for the next month. Their email will only respond to ask that you format your information in a specific way and then never get back to you, meanwhile theyll keep sending you letters to say that you havent paid them. I havent been able to speak to a real person on the phone in the last month Ive been trying, the automated voice just says I can press 2 to pay them AGAIN or go to their useless website to file a complaint which will, of course, never be addressed because trying to contact them for any reason other than to pay them again is as good as shouting into the void. ROTTEN! FIX THIS!
The ladies at this location helped me out tremendously. Walked in with just a court order (not knowing any better), and the staff went out of their way to help. Even to go as far as call in someone who was on vacation to perform a hair test. I cant thank these ladies enough and a special thanks to Keeyle (Im sorry if I spelled that wrong), for coming in on her vacation just to help me out!
I went a half hour after they opened, and I was in and out in about ten minutes. The lady who checked me in also did the blood work, and she was courteous and professional.
Horrible customer service skills at the front desk, just awful. Receptionist just looks at you, points, and waves you forward to the counter. Then just held her hand out for my lab paperwork. No how can I help you, good morning, nothing. Just rude! I overtly made a point to spillover with courtesy and kindness. Hope she got the point.
Awful service, waited too long at satellite office, bridge road family practice. Only one phlebotomist trying her best to keep up. Not her fault. Poor mgmt for sure. Not the first time this has happened. Labcorp you are charging for this service, poor svc.

Unprofessional and slow.
The first time I came here I thought it was slow because it was my first time. But they still suck. The elderly don’t know how to use the kiosk and staff barely helps them which holds up the process. Not impressed!
