Our group rented bikes for the day and didnt know how far we would make it. We ended up going out to new castle and had so much fun we continued riding along the beach in rye. The ride was absolutely beautiful!!! The owner was wonderful and gives you a tutorial to ensure you know how to work the bike. They also take you for a quick lesson in the back to make sure you are comfortable. I would suggest renting the bikes with the more comfortable seats, the cost is worth it. Very fun day!!

Mark was amazing! He walked us through the basic differences between the models in his store and discussed various accessories and options that could be put together for our perfect rides. He was extremely knowledgable and patient with our questions! Then - he took us all (three of us!) for a spin around town. Showed various methods of utilizing the gears, PAS, throttle, and answered even more questions. Thank You Mark for your time and expertise! Well be back!

My second time ever on an E-bike. Good location. Mark was great and gave us good instructions. We rode 30 miles down the sea coast and stopped for lunch. It was a perfect afternoon. I went with my Mom who has been contemplating buying one. She loved it.

Hassle-Free Fun Electric Bike RentalWe had so much fun riding around New Castle on electric bikes. They batteries last so long, I rode for 2 hrs using full throttle for about 60% of the ride and the battery gage still said full by the time we returned it.The bikes are brand spanking new! They are so light and there are no signs of wear and tear on the seat, handles or chain like you would normally find on any bike rental place. I also loved their beautiful modern rental helmets.The rental process was easy. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very flexible. You can change your plans during the day as long as you call to let them know.I recommend them for your next visit to Portland.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday on wheels! We rented two electric bikes from Pedego in Portsmouth and cruised the Seacoast area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They taught us how to use the electric bikes before we ventured out on our own. They even provided recommendations of a scenic route, which we followed. It was a great experience and a really fun way to spend a day on the Seacoast. I highly recommend it.

Been there a handful of times now, and I just keep coming back bringing new groups of people. The bikes are so much fun, and give users the option of working however much or little they want to. The numerous possible paths, but especially the areas around Newcastle Island or to Odiorne/Rye are just lovely, and I would recommend bringing a backpack with picnic items for a relaxing mid-trip pause. If youre hesitating, try it!

Excellent service!!! Marc was very responsive to my my emails when I was looking for a Pedego dealership. He answered emails and texts outside of business hours and was extremely accommodating. My husband and I traveled 4 1/2 hours to purchase a new City Commuter from Portsmouth Pedego. We were so pleased with their business that we will continue to make the trip whenever we need servicing or want to buy Pedego products. I purchased a City Commuter previously and was not getting good service from a nonPedego dealership. Marc made a point to come in extra early to his shop and work on my bike to make sure it was working correctly. Marc is personal and down to earth. I discovered the Pedego E trike spring of 2019 and decided this past March to buy one which proved impossible because of availability.So I purchased three other less expensive E trikes each of which were defective and dangerous.One actually shipped unassembled without labels or identification.In trying to find a shop that would assemble the last one of three I contacted the newly opened Pedego shop in Portsmouth.With out hesitation Mark said bring it in, we will be happy to assemble it for a small fee. Which he did and even delivered it to me.He had great difficulty assembling it because it was such a poorly designed bike from China and the chain kept falling apart. It was totally unsafe.So much so he wouldnt let me pay him for his time and trouble after delivering it to my house.There I was without a bike and September approaching.Still searching and hoping for the Pedego to stock he called and said he would try to get me one.I was over the moon.Pedego is in my estimation, is the BMW of ETRIKES. Not comparison to other strikes. It is so solid, so safe and it handles beautifully. I love that is a true pedal assist system. It must be ridden to appreciate all that it is.Mark has truly been a treasure to our community. His help was above and beyond. I like to the fact that he is here to service my bike and answer any questions.Take the Pedego for a spin. You will love it

Must do in Portsmouth! My husband and I rented pedego bikes at this location and really enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was professional, friendly, they showed us how to ride e-bikes. The bikes are new and super easy to use. We had a lot of fun during our bike trip!

I bought a new Pedigo City Commuter electric bike back in 2013. It has been so good I never needed it to be serviced until this year. The 7 speed shifter finally seized up. I called up Pedigo in Portsmouth. They were very helpful even though I originally bought the bike from a different Pedigo dealer. They asked me to text them some pictures of the shifter. They ordered all the new parts and set up an appointment for service. They responded to all my e-mails within 1 day. They replaced the shifter to a new style and did a tune-up on the bike. They showed me how to adjust the brakes and seat etc. They even mounted a new headlight that works great. Service here was excellent, but this is what Pedigo is known for so I wasnt really surprised. But, all the hard work they did to locate and order the correct replacement parts for my 6 year old bike was amazing.P.S. They repaired my bike all in one afternoon while I walked around the Portsmouth downtown shopping area.Great company to buy an e-bike from.

We are 2 months into nationwide RV tour and have been longing to ride our bikes at some of the places we have been,but unfortunately one of our bikes needed some attention.
