Recently received one of the worst haircuts of my life. the hairdresser truly did not know what she was doing to produce the look i asked for. I went from having a years worth of hair growth to work with, wanted a trim and some layers, and walked out with a 3 all around bowl cut, no layers, no dimension. I would encourage management to not allow unskilled and unknowledgeable employees to cut hair.

Decent place for your haircut. Do not expect barbershop level, but normally looking haircut will do. My waiting time was around 5 minutes, 10 - 15 minutes haircut (shampooing, scissors) with some casual chat and $21 total price. I will return.

I went in for a simple trim and the hair stylist trimmed/buzz my side burns and the back of my head so poorly that Im glad I can wear a hat for the next few weeks. I guess it is time for me to start seeing a real barber.

Got a great haircut there today, but was shocked to see such a major price increase! Blamed it on Covid...less people can come in at one time...But, I dont think Ill be going back at $32 for a trim and blow dry. Price used to be very reasonable, but for $32., theres a lot of other options out there!

I got my haircut on saturday Aliciah the hairstylist was awesome.❤️ I havent had a good experience from supercuts until now they cant fade or do the newest style but Aliciah was awesome and very skilled hopefully they can get more hairstylist like her.

I went in on Christmas Eve 10 minutes before they closed 3 years ago and Kristin gave me the best hair cut Ive ever had in my life.... To this day NOBODY touches my hair but her.

This is the only place on the planet my son will allow me to get his haircut from. The staff is friendly and seems to adore him (all children from what Ive seen!) He typically gets his hair cut by one of two staff members and they always remember the stories hes told them and even the exact way he likes his hair cut... which makes him feel even more welcome! While the price is a bit more than some other places, its entirely worth it for the environment and experience my son has there every few weeks.

You go to super cuts knowing it is going to be hit or miss. I went in expecting to maybe have a little unevenness, a missed section, whatever. I asked for LONG LAYERS and 3 INCHES taken off. Basically to cut off my dead ends but to keep it looking the way it was. I left there with a bowl cut around half of my head, and the other half untouched, and all of the length in my hair gone. Two COMPLETELY different lengths going on. My hair was around my mid back when I went in, and I left there with it at my shoulders. I went back in to try to get it fixed, but as they were trying to fix it I knew they were making it worse, so I decided to go to a salon. I go to the salon, the woman takes one look at my hair, and called over two other stylists to brainstorm to see how they were going to even make it look DECENT. They did what they could, and felt so bad that what should have been a $50/$60 cut was free. I am still left with THE WORST hair cut I have ever gotten, or seen on a person. I wish I was exaggerating this. I am not one to write reviews but damn. I am too humiliated to even leave my house until this grows out. They refunded me my money, but that $18 cant grow my hair back or fix this.

Kyle is amazing! He is simply a natural with womens hair. He gives me super-cute, edgy cuts. My friends think i spent a ton! He should have his own salon!

I am upgrading my last review to 4 stars. After 2 talented and experienced haircutters (my requests when possible) left the Woodbury Ave location, I had three of the worst haircuts ever.. uneven sides and bad neck lines all came with excuses from gum chewing beauticians.I have just recently had my second haircut which confirmed that the gal that is standing behind the chair Im sitting in is a well trained professional with experience, talented and nice! . My advice here is to sit in the waiting room and see whos cutting hair styles that you think you like and request them. This particular chain appears to not encourage requests and just wants any empty chair filled with a walk-in client. as far as management flaws this would be the one that would be most evident to me as I had experienced it first-hand

My experience was poor. I waited an hour for service after setting up a time slot online. I arrived on time from work. I was greeted with no check in or appointment made. They tried to spin that back on me. So I accepted the reality and choose to wait. I was told about 23 minutes. Instead they took everyone who had an appointment that went through successfully instead. I left 45 minutes later without a hair cut.

Overpriced and average, the staff was friendly but they are not overall worth a $20 regular simple man haircut.They dont take appointments, but you call and reserve one hour a head, which is highly recommended, however, Im sure I will be looking for other places in town to try.

No individualism here. You hop in the chair and get your heir cut. Dont Ask for suggestions or small chitchat. Get in get out. This is not a place for an experience. experience. Take a number like your at the deli market.
