The wait time is awful... I got there at 9am as a schedule appointment was told what needed would take about 1hr... it took 6hrs... most with my vehicle waiting to be seen..Appointments mean.. look at it as scheduled.. stop trying to fit others in...and backing up yr appointments... once the work was finished...it was done correctly and I was on my way... Service 6/10...
Really impressed with the work they did on my mothers 2009 Santa Fe which was under warranty with a busted water pump.
Ok i guess, purchased a truck from them after they told me how much work they did to get it ready for sale but come to find out they just gave me an invoice for the work they were supposed to have done for the previous owner?? From the looks of the invoice some of that work was never done. I did buy the truck as is so no big deal cuz i didnt depend on what they told me anyway. But if you have work done there i would check afterwards to make sure they actually did the work. Example: on the invoice i received they claimed to have changed the oil 3 times for the previous owner, in the months before i brought the truck, NOT!! The oil looked like it had never been changed. Oil does not turn black within a month, especially with no driving or very little miles being put on the vehicle?? Thats not all of the work i verified that was not done as stated on the invoices.
This place has no professionalism and from what Im reading poor services. Ive call twice to set up an appointment for repairs just to be put on hold each time then hung up on. They must get high alot in that office.
Feel like my vehicle I just leased wasnt checked over good before I got it. Ive had it 2 months and have been to the shop 2 times already and going back again this week
Got my oil change and have called to ask questions and had my old car painted here and came out great
This place is a joke. I have been there on three different occasions and every time something has been wrong. My windshield was broken on their premises and that was just another charge that I had to eat . The work that was performed on my brakes could have got me killed. They changed their payment policies without even notifying you. The owner have no consideration for how you are being inconvenienced. 9 days with no car. 1st four car didnt even get touched. No rentals and no loaner. So if your car is in the shop youre out of luck. After showing emotion because of the situation I was left in due to their negligence I was told to never come back. This is not a family garage. The place is crooked
Called on a Friday to tell them about my concerns of my vehicle Ive only had a few months. Was told its better to make an appointment, so I did for the following Wednesday (today) at 8am. Its now 232pm and my car hasnt even made it to the back. When I asked why at 1230 my car had not been looked at i was told, Weve been busy...??? So whats the purpose of making an appointment if u not going to look at it until almost 7hrs after being told to bring it. Not satisfied at all. But I bet they want that car payment on time with no issues. This is the second time this has happened since Ive got the car. They need to get it together and communicate better with their clients. Ive watched several people come and go while Ive been sitting. Not satisfied with their service or lack there of.
Got our car in new parts everything went well didnt cost too much
Prices are reasonable but They did not fix the problem .I had to take my car somewhere else. You have to keep calling them to check on your car or they will take forever

Horrible once i bought my car it continued to break down and when asked about repairs its ways a week to 2 week repair not the same service as buying the car now its like they dont care which im sure they dont

These people don’t know how to communicate properly. They give you the run arounds... they told me to bring my car in on monday... i brought my car in just for them to not even start it until almost 7 hours later & the job didn’t even get finished! They told me to bring the car back AGAIN and leave it for the whole day. The girl at the front desk is clueless and doesn’t know what’s going on at all. They don’t give you proper time estimates or let you know anything about your car. You literally have to keep bothering them to even get an answer. It’s a mess.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my first car I bought here was wrecked. Called Earls and they acted fast, had me into another car rapidly. They worked with what little I had to get me into another car. Great place, great people. Not to mention the warranty!!
Stopped in for a state inspection on a Saturday. I was in and out in an hour. Great service and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

I would first like to say that even though this repair shop did a good job on my car, the customer service was horrible. I was quoted two different prices for the same job. Still decided to go ahead and let them repair my car because I needed my car fixed before I returned back to town. When I came to pick my car up with cash in hand, I was told to wait. An older Caucasian man was on the phone. Then he finished his phone call and proceeded to work on his computer. As I am standing there, wondering why he wont call me to the counter, I decide to look for the manager or someone else to help me. He says he will be right with me, so I sit down. Next thing I know, a Caucasian male comes in the shop, and all of sudden the man stops what he is doing and asks the man, can he help him. At this point I am furious. Why is it that you were too busy to service me but not the male that walked in? He could see I was upset, and simply did not care. He didnt apologize and say, sorry Maam you were next. Nope, he went along like I wasnt even standing there. To make matters worse, finally the manager comes out, and he can see Im highly upset. He doesnt address the issue at all, and just gets straight to asking for the payment of service. He knew what happened. Racism at its finest. Never again!!

Thanks to Earl’s I was able to get back into another car after being denied by others. Quick easy process. I recommend them if you’re looking for a vehicle.

ENOUGH SAID ON THIS CLIP JOINT.ONE STAR ITS A SHAME NOT ABLE TO DO A HALF STAR ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE THAT THINK THIS PLACE WITH THE HIGH INTRIST RATES IS THERE OÑLY OPTION.
Poor service. The workers are not considerate of time. They do not give accurate updates of their service.
My oil light is still on a week after receiving an oil change from them. The truck barely starts sometimes like its starving for something, or the starter is messing up. Im not too sure. Just stay away if you can. Im worried its gonna clunk out one of these days after all the time and money Ive put into it and all the money I still owe on it. Makes me frustrated.

Ive shopped at several car dealers in the Hampton roads. I was very dissatisfied. However, when I came to Earls life changed. This company really needs 10 Stars for the way that treat their customers and get them riding asap!! I refuse to buy a car any place else. They even sent an Uber for free to pick me up from my house. They get you in a car easyea and fast!
