My neighbor recommended that I call Smileys because she has used them for years and she said they do a thorough job and have very reasonable costs. She sold me on their maintenance plan. I asked over the phone for a seasoned technician and they sent out Joshua Brantley. He thoroughly looked at everything, asked me some questions, and then explained to me what the problem was, and fixed it at a reasonable amount. Not only did the technician do a great job, but he was both professional and courteous.

Joshua Brantley came to do a diagnostics, and he ended up being more then we expected. He actually took time to tell,show and explain the issues with our system. This guy is incredible, fabulous at what he do. Have an older Boiler unit thats still running strong thanks to Smileys knowledgeable and professional technician, Terri. We recently moved into a new residence knowing that our A/C was on its last leg but was hoping to get through one season with it. Nope... 2020 had its own intentions. We called Smileys to come do a checkup just to see what I was getting into and onsite they had to condemn the system. It was cracking around the bolts and was about to fall into the cage. It was unfortunate but had to be done. I had 3 quotes and not only did they beat everyone on the pricing on the unit, they were cheaper even after some requests to move the unit and some construction to get the old unit out of the attic.After signing up with them, they were kind enough to provide a couple window units to try and get us through until the install. THIS WAS HUGE for me!Now after a month of having the new unit they have been super helpful dealing with my home insurance in getting some reimbursement that will cut the cost of my unit in HALF! I could not say anything more about the choice to go with this company.They are upfront about everything, honest, professional, and will go above and beyond to help out a customer. As a business owner myself, I was very impressed with the way they handle their customers even after the job was finished. They have a customer for life.

We purchased a heat pump & had them redo the existing duct work. We love the new system but more than that the people were excellent. We call Kurtis anytime we have questions and he answers them honestly and promptly. Weve called with additional questions about possibly adding on and he gives us frank responses that help us make decisions without any pressure to purchase. The crew that was here for a week updating and installing? They were just as excellent too. Nick took his time walking us through the new system and showing us how to clean the filter. We have a 10 year maintenance program on this unit and its a mental relief to know that anytime we need something they are a phone call away.

It has been 2 1/2 yrs and it is still awesome! I was extremely impressed with Larry Smileys crew. The ductwork is phenomenal. My 3 1/2 ton 16 seer Trane ac and 93% efficient gas heater are both incredible! You feel the airflow when it comes on. It heats up super fast and cools down fast! They work hard and do great work and clean up too. Timothy does my biannual check ups and he is first rate and through! Use Smileys you wont regret it!

We are on day three of our huge replacement install job on our house we purchased a couple months ago, and I could not be happier with the services we have received so far. I contacted 4 contractors to replace a plenum box. I suffer from allergies and discovered that when this home was built the boxes were made from a material that could retain moisture and cause mold and mildew. We were also looking for HVAC dealer to inspect our unit twice a year. Smiley was recommended by a neighbor and they were quick to respond and competitive in price. They also offered an air scrubber system that reduces and cleans your duct work of harmful airborne particulates. My wife and I are very pleased with their work and the system that we purchased. Dayton and Brandon installed our new heating and air conditioning system 6 months ago, and were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and were sure to clean up after themselves. Although we’ve had no issues with our new system, Joseph just came out yesterday to do the complementary 6-month maintenance that Smiley’s offers and he was just as awesome.I also have to mention that when we initially got the new HVAC system installed, our air conditioner had just died at the end of June. Bruce offered to lend us 2 window AC units (free of charge) until they were able to get technicians out to install our system!

I was really impressed with the professionalism the 3 technicians displayed. They paid great detail to wearing shoe covers when they entered the house, as well as wearing protective masks. I had never used Smiles Heating and Cooling prior to my need for a repair of heating service at a tenants home. The initial interaction with the representative on the phone was impressive. Her response to my request for service showed empathy and a sincerity for providing me service as quickly as she could, and she did. She was able to dispatch a technician within an hour. I wish I had noted her name. She was polite and professional and had a sense of energy and enthusiasm in her voice.My technicians name was Shawn. I was very impressed with his notifying me when he was on his way - right within the window of when the phone representative said he would be there. But my satisfaction with Smileys had just begun. Shawn kept me informed throughout the repair. His professionalism, and manner was super impressive. A part had to be ordered but he and Smileys had it delivered over night and Shawn was able to get the furnace operational enough while we awaited the part delivery.I expected the outage to be repaired. I had a full unit replacement 6 months ago and a HVAC maintenance check today. I have been impressed with their workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service.

We have had two units go out since September!! We used Smileys for the 1st one. We shopped them hard but their offer was seemed like the best over all with a Trane to boot. We made the right decision because the value and service was fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. Fast forward a few months and our other unit went out this Monday. Kurtis came out within a couple hours and gave us another stellar deal on a new Trane. It’s now Wednesday (2 days later) and I am looking at our brand new unit. Both times, everyone we have dealt with at Smileys has been wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough of them, their service and the quality of their work.
