I’ve worked with WM for both industrial business reasons and for home service. I’ve had nothing but unpleasant experiences with both. On the industry side, their communications are insufficient and far from easy. On the home service side, the service is atrocious. My house is frequently (literally half the time) skipped, and customer service treats me like this is my fault and makes a list of suggestions to do things that I’m already doing, like having the containers out at the curb on time, and that I need to inform them that their employees aren’t doing their within a certain time frame or wait 2 more weeks for them to fix their mistakes. I work. I’m not at home and able to babysit their employees. This is really offensive for WM to treat their customers like this.Terrible “service” and equally terrible customer service. As if to prove my point, WM sent me an email in response to this post, asking me to call them and provided a phone number. It was a generic customer service number, asking me to press certain numbers in response to what they were asking, and I repeatedly got the response that THE NUMBER THAT I PRESSED couldn’t be understood. Repeatedly! SO AGGRAVATING AND USELESS!
My household does not have another routine garbage removal company option to use so we have to use them. Be aware of all little costs and extra fees as they won’t be upfront about it (we learned the hard way). So double check all fees prior to agreeing and make sure you know all their little rules otherwise you may get slammed with higher and higher fees.
Always reliable and prompt service.
Just use regular recycle and garbage removal weekly
