Just had to cancel my residential garbage service because we are moving to a new city. Christina helped me through the process, even provided me with the contact information of the company who provides home garbage service at my new address. I needed a few drop boxes and my schedule was not set in stone. Every time I called from the first to the fourth or fifth re-schedule Dana Smith was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. Every time she helped me move my drop-off and pick up dates in less than 5 minutes. Working with her was the least stressful part of my project and Ill use Arrow Sanitary for all my future waste removal for sure.

Arrow Sanitary has been picking up my garbage for over 20 years and the driver, Bill, has been there the whole time. I get my regular weekly trash pick up from Arrow. I had to change my credit card online for my automatic payment and the phone was immed answered by the nicest young woman—a LIVE PERSON—- ( sounded young!)named Jessica, who worked in the office. She helped me step-by-step. She was so patient and she also helped me change my email! I didn’t have to enter my account number or phone number or anything else before talking to her. Arrow Sanitary has made our long overdue spring cleaning very easy. We requested a 20-yard dumpster to accommodate all of our stuff that we were not donating. Audrey has been very communicative throughout the process which included several pick-up date changes, due to us needing more time, and the delivery driver was professional, on time, and placed the dumpster exactly where we needed it.On top of the great customer service, the dumpster itself was very clean, looked freshly painted, and had very little signs of damage...which is nice when you see the condition of some of those other dumpsters out there.Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of arrow sanitary for the past 6 years. I have only positive things to say about their service. Early June of this year I called to have a big office chair picked up on a non garbage day, and Justine Hoskins was very helpful in making that happen. Today I called about having my dehumidifier picked up on garbage day, and Christina was very helpful as well. Arrow Sanitary hires well!

Deann helped me over the phone on 8/9/21. I have not had such good customer service in a long time! She got my billing issue resolved and made everything I was confused about easy to understand. What a great customer service experience! The Portland home buying process has been a bit crazy and changing utilities over was just another thing on a long to do list. As I am new to apartment life, the little interaction Ive had with the office and mostly interaction with the sanitary waste collectors each time Ive called in the office staff is very considerate/ helpful.The gentleman(shout out to) Leo who picks up the general garbage is very kind/professional when it comes to his work ethics. one of our pick up areas is very out of control with abundance of garbage! I wish tenants had more consideration for our sanitary service people as they are not responsible to pick up other peoples lack of responsibility to not leave extra garbage laying around all the cans. I can see how this would continuously take up the time of a general sanitary service employees. I say do whats in your job description and report the rest.

I work with a property management company and we have properties all over the state and work with many different garbage companies. We have been moving our commercial properties away from the larger garbage companies in the area due to their lack of responsiveness and unreasonably high prices. We have transferred many of our properties to Arrow Sanitary because they offer great service at reasonable prices and also because of their wonderful customer service. I have been working with their Territory Manager, Derek Cooper over the past few months to make this transition and he has been instrumental in assisting us in providing a smooth transfer for our tenants with as little interruption as possible. We have plans to continue to work with Arrow and Derek to move even more of our commercial properties to them once we are out of contract with the larger companies. Thank you to Derek and the team at Arrow for being a great company to work with and for all of your help over the last few months.

Dumpster did not arrive on time. When I called in they accused me of not scheduling it. When I pointed out that my card had been charged on the day I ordered it, again no accountability or apology for their error.Then after I called to have it picked up, same experience. Sadly I am forced by the City to use their services or I would never again.

Ive been using Arrow Sanitary Service for a few months as a replacement for my previous provider with whom I wasnt satisfied. I noted that Arrow tends to be more responsive and precise and I do appreciate working with a local provider instead of an impersonal multi-state service. I see a lot of reviews from commercial businesses and how satisfied they are with their service. But how about us little guys. Im residential own my own home and because of the Pandemic, I am not working full time. Yes unemployment helps, but I not only have them to pay but PGE, Water/Sewer/Gas and for them to tell me that the balance is due by the end of March or my service will be interrupted is not okay. What happen to good customer service and working with their customers. I get that they are a business and need to pay their bills as well, but if it wasnt for us they wouldnt be where they are today. All Im asking is for them to work with me on a payment plan is all. But instead I get a flat out NO!! Real bummer!!!

We have used Arrow Sanitary at my Business for at least 8 years and always have a good experience. If we need to increase service, DONE. If we need to decrease service, DONE. I deal in customer service and apreciate Arrow Sanitary for their flexibility and for being nice. I have dealt with other trash companies in the past and they treat you like...TRASH. This is the opposite with Arrow Sanitary. I have had to have special pick ups from beds to chemical and trust them to do the job right!
