Great experience. Showed a picture of what I wanted and they mimicked it perfectly. Simple no frills environment but great if you want a shellac manicure at an affordable price.

This place is GREAT. I’m in town on holiday snd needed my color changed. She was friendly, funny and did a wonderful job on my nails.

I went here with six other girls to get our nails done before my sisters wedding. We booked an appointment and they were nice enough to accommodate our large group and two of the girls adding on pedicures at the last minute. The owner was very nice and professional, she was (due to unavoidable happenstance) by herself for a while but she worked very fast and efficiently. Once her daughters were able to come and help it went even faster. The nails came out beautifully and we just had a very positive experience overall. Thank you again ladies!

I was very pleased by my first (and wont be my last!) visit at Princess Nails & Salon. I dont get pedicures regularly (or ever... its been about 10 years), but I am changing that! I called to schedule an appointment and they had an opening within 30 minutes. Their color selection was vast, and the staff was very friendly. They have massage chairs for your pedicure, and I would spend money just for that! Massage chairs usually dont do anything but vibrate your back awkwardly, but this was amazing. Ive broken my back more than once & it was legitimately like a real massage on my lower back. The color on my nails came out beautiful, my feet have never looked better, and I feel like I just spent a day at the spa. The prices were very reasonable as well. I am looking forward to making Princess Nails & Salon a regular part of my self-care routine!

My friend and I got mani/pedis for my bachelorette weekend. We had a blast. Both of our nail artists were fun to work with. Kind and funny, they were very detailed in their work. They gave us at home beauty tips and insider knowledge on how to extend the life of our manicure. Such a wonderful time, we were laughing the entire time. Would genuinely go back more often if I lived closer. I highly recommend going and you will leave feeling like you made a new best friend.

❗❗🚫🚫🚫Here is a honest review sence a lot of them areall fake❗❗❗🚫 when me and my mother went in they could barley understand english there was a little girl screaming and crying the whole time and the ladys (only 2 people working on nails) and while they where both working on our nails the lady working on mine would stop and not say anything to me and Id sit there for 10mins while the worker was just talking and standing over the lady working on my mothers nails and after 10 minutes of waiting they switched the ladys working on our nails for who knows what reason, then they where talking about how to do the design I wanted for my nails they wouldnt show me (for who knows why) I wanted the acrylic then they painted them with plan nail polish and NOT the color I asked for so I asked them to remove it and they got mad at me and charged me MORE money to remove it even though they DIDNT tell me they didnt have acrylic so I had to do a different design and use pain polish and after like a day it was coming off and she didnt fully pain the sides of do a over layer so I can see struck marks and on top of that I have a bruised nail and she knew that and she was being harder on that nail for no reason and she kept digging her nails into my cuticles to the pain where I had to pully hand away it started to bleed. Over all this was HORRIBLE experience and I was NEVER go back again 🚫🚫🚫most of the review are fake!! Dont trust them this place is a hellhole🚫🚫🚫

First time getting my nails done and I LOVE IT! the woman who worked there was amazing definitely going back!

Was taken there for my birthday on Friday got a pedicure and a full set. The full set needed to be fixed within 5 days and 24hrs after the repair that I paid for (that I had to constantly ask for the peeling nails to be fixed) nails are falling off. Its not even worth making another drive into Portland to get it fixed. I would not recommend this salon.

I have been going to this nail salon on and off for 9 years. Vicky is very accommodating and very nice. She has been very sweet to my daughter and has integrity.

I always have an amazing experience at Princess Nails. I truly enjoy going in there for many reasons. One of them is that I love the way my nails look but other than that I also just enjoy the company and the conversation and the energy in the shop. One of my favorite spots in Portland ❤💅

I came in on a weekday morning for a manicure with my mother and grandmother, and there was only one manicurist working there—she ran back and forth doing our nails one by one, while similarly giving another woman a pedicure. I wish she had asked us to come in at a later time when the salon was less under-staffed. She did not put any base coat or top coat on my nails — just put one coat of color, and I had to go by a drugstore afterwards so that I could put on a top coat myself to keep the polish from chipping off. The manicurist and her mother were extremely friendly, and I really wanted to like this salon, but the service was not great. I wouldn’t come back to this salon.

So I haven’t been here for a few years because I moved across the country BUT I had the pleasure of living in the very very nice apartments upstairs for a year and I used to get my nails done here all the time. They are so much better than anywhere I’ve ever been since then and I always liked them better than anywhere else in the area. Vikki is the best, ask for her. People in other states charge you more money to shape your nails all messed up and you can’t make special requests or anything like you can at Princess and I really miss this place!

I walked in on a Saturday morning around 10:15 and was instantly seated for my pedicure. The nail tech did my manicure while my feet were soaking... how nice! She was the only one working, and had a few appointments come in while I was there, but she did take care of me and my manicure and pedicure came out great. Would go again.

Fast, friendly, and funny. Vicky did a great job on my nails and she was truly a pleasure to talk to. Plus they have the mood change gel/shellac! Princess Nails will be my only nail spot in Portland 😁😁😁

Super unprofessional. Rude. Ive tried this place, giving them a chance multiple times. My regular nail place was closed and decided to give them another shot. Made an appointment, well into the day. Made me wait 20 minutes anyway. They did not greet me by my name and instead squaked at me, while with another client about my nails. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I walked out, never will return. No one else should either, in my opinion. I have zero clue how these people stay in business with how they treat people.

Vicki is the only nail artist for me, no sacrifices necessary. Her art and her personality are a match for quality and price. They offer many different services that I need or may try one day at random, while I have my nails created. Theres no place like Princess Nails!

I have been here ALL the time, there is one lady working there and I had gotten my nails done beautifully, I had a great time talking with her definitely 5 stars.

A bit on the pricey side, but if youre going for quality, its a fair bargain in my book. Jason and Noelle are great. Ill go to them again for sure, just wont be as often as Id like b/c Im watching my simoleons right now.

I got a pedicure as a walk-in and they were very friendly and accommodating. The nail tech who did my pedicure was very knowledgeable and helpful with my ailments and made helpful suggestions to help/avoid my nail problems in the future.

About 10 of us showed up today. Someone had brought a case of champagne, OJ, and ordered a ton of sandwiches. It was the last stop of a great bachelorette party day. They had accomodated us with smiles, and provided great nail services. I had a pedi for the massage and to get the claws trimmed. The woman was lovely. The gentleman doing the brides nails has some excellent jokes. They welcomed us and our shennanigans, and we had a great time. Thank you Princess Nails! Also, sorry locals that walked in for services and had a 20+ minute wait. We did book in advance. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy ourselves. A bottle of champagne was left for the staff. Cheers!

Horrible experience, very little parking, a very small run business, I had a pedicure a teenaged boy started it, cold water, filed my nails and filed top of my skin it actually hurt, walked off without a word I sat with my feet in cold water for apox 30 minutes finally a man came painted my toe nails very thick polish, no massage, no removing dry skin on heels etc, left me sitting there for another 29 minutes finally I put on my sandals one toe with polish got smudged, they offered to fix I declined all for $27 it was worth much less
