Theyve delivered several things for us from West Elm. Generally good and on time, but they only give 24 hours notice of the delivery window, and in our building its impossible to reserve the loading dock with less than 24 hours notice. But then the drivers complain that they cant deliver through the front door. They should really plan out things further ahead of time to improve efficiency for their drivers.
