This was my first ever waxing experience! My esthetician was A, and they were so wonderful. They helped me with my disastrous brows- I also had a Brazilian. I felt comfortable, safe, and as if I had known them forever. All other staff were equally pleasant! Definitely a 5 star experience and I will surely be back.

So good. This was my first sugaring experience, I got a Brazilian with Jesse and I am so so happy. It was my first Brazilian too and even thought it was painful, she was so fun to talk with and made me feel so comfortable and cared for while she did the service. Results are so cute and clean and I would 100% see her again for it.

I’ve had two different waxers at the Division location, Javon and Elle. Both were incredibly personable, professional, and overall made me feel incredibly comfortable getting a Brazilian. Today was only my second time and I’m blown away how easily my anxieties were melted away. I cannot recommend Urbanwaxx, or a Brazilian anymore!

Love the tint and wax that I get here. Great service, incredibly friendly. I am non-binary and felt worried to go into such a snazzy looking place feeling it was only for super feminine women. I felt very comfortable my first visit and every visit since. I am always offered a beverage while I wait and they have trail mix and jelly beans and things too. Worth the price for the private room, clean environment, and precision and care taken here

I’m extremely particular on who does my eye brows being they are long and grow fast. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been burned in the past. After finding Wren here, I’m never going to anyone else. She’s extremely detailed and very sweet which always makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave. The rest of the staff is also fabulous and makes you feel cared for. Highly recommend this place.

I followed my esthetician to Urban Waxx when she left Wax On a few years back. This location lacks sufficient parking but it has a very welcoming laid back vibe. Love the mimosas before waxing!

Once youre inside, everything is visually appealing. The shelves are stocked and maintained; the walls are covered with decor, and even the bathroom is a treat. Theyve got quite an experience in store for you. The complimentary drink/snacks are my favorite part.
