These guys were great. They arrived early, after calling to see if that was okay, and they filled the truck with our junk in far less time than I expected. They were wearing masks and were very respectful of social distancing. I would definitely hire them again.

Was an easy process from first contact! I received quick responses and answers to my questions via email contact from website. I LOVED that I could set up my own day/time window (2hr window on the day and time of my choice). Chris called me 35mins before arrival. They arrived on time. I showed Chris and Tyler what I wanted hauled away, estimate was in my budget and about an hour later all of my junk was loaded up… estimate was accurate! (And was what I was expecting!) I have more junk and I will DEFINITELY use them again. And I also LOVE that I can specifically request Chris and Tyler (if available). Super friendly, helpful, considerate, professional. Would have taken me 4-6hours to do this on my own with several trips to the dump and probably cost me about the same. I give them 10 stars out of 5… because they even offered to hose down the driveway, but my hose and sprayer just needed to go away also.

Called for pick up of concrete and stump removal. Great customer service. Booking was fast easy and they came on time keeping us updated on their ETA. Guys were quick to get an estimate and were so nice and professional. Removed the stuff same day! Hard working crew! They removed everything with a smile, were friendly and did the job fast! I was very impressed with Jose and Andrew. They were competent, friendly, and careful. Had a bunch of junk in the basement. They hauled it all out carefully and quickly. Had an old window unit A/C and 3 doors which were heavy as well as boxes, microwave, floor lamp, floor fan, etc. They called before coming and removed the junk I a timely manner. Will definitely hire them again when ready to get rid of the rest of the junk.

This is my second time using Junk King and they always do such a phenomenal job.The house I am in has a lot of stuff. Something youd see in the hoarder show. The first time we had a crew of 4 working in the backyard. 1 person I remember, was Morgan. He is funny and very personable.They not only haul your junk, theyd also rake up and clean up the mess on your floor. The second time, Morgan came again and this time with his partner, Michael. They alone handled the inside of my house. It was less than the backyard, but I promise you, it was not an easy job by any means. They hauled away mattresses, desks, chairs, and big old 90s TVs. They even cleaned through rats nests.If youre in a hoarder house, you need someone like them. After they were done, they asked for us to do one last walkthrough to check for anything else to clean up. Despite us originally declining, they insisted for us to find anything left for them to clean.I would call them again to finish anything I have left. This is by far the best clean up crew that can finish it all in 1 day, that if I had to do myself, would have taken a year. I recommend this company!Whatever mess you have, dirty or a ton of stuff, they do it all. The only mess that they dont do, is chemical liquids. They also donate items they find.Check them out, theyll give you a free, no obligation, estimate.

The day before my appointment I got a text reminder and the following day 30min before the appointment I got a phone call confirming they were on their way. The guys were fantastic - punctual, fast, professional and got everything I needed done in under 20min. I was able to pay with my debit card and get everything taken care of without any trouble. Im very pleased with the service I got today from Junk King and especially Mike and Ryan. They were prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with. Before they arrived, I was a little worried about having to haggle over the load size and such, because that seems to be one of the little tricks in the hauling business. But they stayed true to the quote I got from the online calculator, and Im glad that Junk King tries to be honest about that. And their price - for an approximate pickup truck load - compares favorably against most of my other options (getting my own dumpster or using other haulers). Scheduling and checkout were very easy. I plan to use this company again.

I had a huge three-piece sectional sofa with lots of cushions and pillows. When my new sofa was delivered, the delivery company wouldn’t take my old one and left it all by the curb. I wanted to get rid of it as fast as possible and was delighted when I called Thursday afternoon and Junk King gave me an over-the-phone cost estimate and said they could pick it up the next morning. They did and when one came to the door for payment he was wearing a face mask. While it wasn’t cheap, the actual price was $28 less than the quote, which I also appreciated. I will use Junk King again.

We had a built in fridge in the house we recently purchased that had to go, but there was no way any of us were strong enough to pull it out. James and Colby came out and were able to pull the beast out and got it out of the house, despite awkward and tight corners with effectively no damage to the property. They were also super personable while they were there. We will definitely be calling Junk King the next time we have something large that needs to be removed.

Efficient. Thorough. Clean. James and Michael called 15 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. After showing them the job, they gave me a quote which included one hour of labor. They carried away all the yard waste and construction waste that I asked them to, and they cleaned the areas thoroughly. It was a tough job that involved a long walk to the street. They worked for two and a half hours straight, but the final cost was not a single cent over the quote. Talk about excellent customer service!!

Very efficient and professional! They gave notice when they were on the way and they arrived on time and got to work immediately. They removed all the junk - even the extremely heavy planters (filled with soil and rocks) that were very difficult and heavy to move. We are very happy with the service and quality - and feel relieved to have all the junk removed in less than an hour (the same removal would have taken us all day and multiple trips to the dump).

They quoted me on the high end, which I appreciate, and said it could go down a bit of the truck load ended up being smaller than anticipated, which it did. Loved it!
