Good availability of small pup trailers, not so good customer service from dispatch, they lost my last 6 loads because of the poor customer service I received, the top executives that visited us were great but they have to trickle down their level of customer service down to their team.

This trucking company supports CAP AND TRADE in Oregon beware... To your response Titan, call it what it is a TAX, this isnt a win win...

The owner Keith Wilson is a slime ball. He has no ethics, no customer service when they (Titan) makes mistakes. They blame everyone else except them. My company and I used them everyday out of multiple branches until they started having multiple shipments damaged and multiple shipments late. They took no accountability and as the Shipping supervisor I can choose who I use and it will never be them as long as I have a say about it. Use someone else. If I could give them negative starts I would.
