Terrible employer scheduled an interview at 10am he sent directions for across the street then when I did find his office after it was 10:14 and after I had already called him 2x with NO ANSWER he still came out OF HIS EMPTY DARK OFFICE to me and said ya I watched you pull in and you came late I cant have you here and Walked back away into is office with a smirk after I explained to him the situation even after I found the front door to his building it was locked and said go around to another door that said in big letters DO NOT ENTER. You would think he would send exact direction and tell me how to enter his building and actually answer his phone if I had any questions NOPE NOT AT ALL the employees name is Justin Greene

Terrible freight company. Extremely difficult with claims, etc.

To give customers a window of 4 HOURS for delivery is insane. This is why small companies don’t survive against the competition

Wait times are a little extensive and some housekeeping needs to be done very dirty and ran down receiving area for drivers not very welcoming its a place to deliver freight of all kinds not much more has a good amount of room for backing and performing maneuvers

Not able to communicate well with their customers. Was sent paperwork regarding a shipment, I go there to collect and I do my part and carry paperwork to Border Patrol. Border Patrol says they (ForwardAir) have not updated the status so they cannot sign. I return to Forward Air, they tell me they are behind at the Ohi o office and so they are not up to date. Now I am wondering why I am being sent to do something I cannot do until they do their job? Why pay someone to do a job poorly.

We booked them to come out for a pickup, giving them a 4+ hour window, they never showed up, and when you call it just rings, and rings. When I called back and pressed the # for dispatch, it said that persons voicemail was full! We now will disappoint a customer who needed a shipment out today, for a delivery to Seattle area tomorrow. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Sometimes we test these cheaper carriers just to keep the good LTL companies honest. Learned our lesson on these folks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They clearly broke our equipment and crate and denied the claim. Job number - 71198507

Dropped our trailer and they held us there from 7 PM to 2:30 AM. Finally went to the office and they said the load was canceled at 10 PM and that he has no idea why nobody called us.
