They are trash,never use there services. You will absolutely lose money on the damaged items you receive.

I just moved my business to Portland area and had to pick up product from CEVA. I underestimated width of my van. Chris was patient. Ultimately I had to load by hand. Chris sent an associate, Alex, out to help me load. This is way above and beyond in my book for customer service. Both were friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service and experience. Email you a week out to schedule an appointment for delivery and the day of they advise you after taking time off work that it wont be delivered until Friday. Today is Tuesay and thanks for letting me know about the issue the day of. Tried calling the local number that Ceva provided to no result, went straight to voicemail and never received a call back. Stay away from this company and their affiliate. Worst customer service experience in my life and disappointed that Costco uses them for their delivery services. Ceva showed no remorse for their mistake or fault in this instance.

Still waiting for my delivery. Ordered through Amazon and got an email giving me an offer of a delivery date, however, there is no way to accept the offer. So it then changed to the next day. STILL no way to confirm. BAD practice. Email said you would call to confirm. I have received NO call from you.

Ordered TV through Costco. Delivery scheduled today 9am-1pm. No call by 1pm so call dispatch. Arrival 40 min outside 4 hour window. Driver was alone and could not carry tv from truck so asked me to help him carry from street into the house! Left complaint with Ceva. Unacceptable. Will also notify Costco as they should know poor service for their members.

CEVA delivery was horrible VERY BAD. Received at Portland, OR doc on 11/27 but deliver on 12/5 WHY??? Driver was alone and could not bring into my garage so driver left my costco purchase in my driveway and do not care at all, I even have to help driver. I did ask driver why you do this? and his response I got Im human call my BOSS I do NOT care where I leave your item. DO NOT USE CEVA. Stay a way from this company. Very bad service. I will file a complain with COSTCO.

Impractical. Shipping hours are only 9-5 Monday through Friday and they dont allow pick up, unless they get permission from the sender. Company needs to consider a policy for people working business hours.

This is the worst company in the world. First of all, it takes you a month to get to work because it is papers and documents that no company asks for, they ask for them. When you manage to enter they treat you as if you were a common worker not as an independent worker. The stops in the area pay you from $ 8.00- $ 14.00 a day, it would come out at $ 90 plus $ 50 of gasoline that you have to put on the truck that day you would be looking for $ 40. To earn around $ 200 you have to make the trips to Eugene and more back, and those trips give you 1 time a week, and take the gasoline of the day from that. Conclusion you would be earning an approximate of 900-1000 weekly, to that amount subtract 192 weekly discounts that they take from your check, the gasoline of the week that would be $ 250, less the bill of the truck that in my case I paid $ 250, there is a approximately $ 300 weekly as a freelance worker. The insurance that they have is supposed to be 1,00,000,000 and if you have an accident you have to see yourself in the need to put a lawyer because they dont answer the phone and they dont want to pay what belongs to you. If you want to see a worse company, look for it in the third world !!! They pay you through a card that nothing more to call to check the balance they charge you $ 1.00, you can only withdraw the money in an ATM and there is also they charge you like $ 5.00 every time you withdraw money ... awesome. Here the pressure went up to me ..
