Bad experience with Tom who is suposedly the manager. Rented a lift, they ran my card. Called me back and said the lift was no longer available so in turn I had to cancel everything else. Have not received refund on my card yet. I called Eagle Rental in Waterville and they were much more profesional and had no issues. Also Tried to get in touch with GM and was told all they had was his cell phone, said he would call me right back. No one ever called back. This is the reason for reviews I guess.

Kennebec has the cheapest rentals I have found. I rent a leaf blower backpack once a year
