These guys were awesome. Tony was our tech, super good guy, came out and did a thorough job. We could really tell he was looking out for the best interest of the customer. Quick 2 day turnaround on our forklift, can’t ask for much more than that. Appreciate the service guys!

Called needing service on a tire which is dangerously low. Selected 5 for Service. Was asked if I had done any business with FSO, answered No.Was transferred to the answering machine of someone Out of Office until May 8th.Id rather not wait another week just to talk to someone about solving my simple problem, adding a week to whatever lead time they COULD have had. Tempted not to even leave a message.
