Worked with Integrated as an RN multiple times, was able to stay pretty consistently busy, had good assignments. Did RN sedation, ASC’s- Pre-Op/PACU, clinics, Vaccine clinics. Communication and Staffing were excellent. The key to getting work in any agency is to start taking assignments and shine, so those clients want to call for you by first name to come back to their facility. It was easy to do that personal branding, and keep getting booked at the same facilities. The only issues that experience were those associated with any agency: being canceled, or arriving at facility and finding out you were canceled but not informed. Those issues were relatively rare, and not as often as I’ve had at other agencies. Staffers were good about finding you a replacement shift in most cases.

Good place to work. Communication could be worked on. Too many people doing different things all working through the same number. Easy scheduling. Very nice staff. I get mixed reviews from places I work about how well we do. I do not like getting canceled and we should get compensation for all canceled shifts. Thats just my opinion 🤷

Overall they don’t reply or help much after you’re hired. The only person that was consistently helpful was the scheduler, Mary, who even helped me when I wasn’t getting responses from the payroll department. Which, by the way, are pretty rude and unresponsive when you have questions. I finally gave up getting paid for a day they said they paid me for but didn’t add up to my reported time. My last day working for them was December 6. It is now December 24 and I still have not received that paycheck. I emailed them and was told it was sent. No offer to help or figure it out. That’s what my experience was.

Before I could pick up my 1st shift my phone had broken and I had no way of contacting the agency. I emailed the recruiter Jeff and let him know the situation he emailed back and said that he will work on the situation and helping me get scheduled through email. I never got a response back after that, A few days later my phone was fixed and I called Jeff he wasn’t able to answer so I was sent to his voicemail. I left a detailed message expressing how I would like to pick up shifts and I also texted them. No response to this day it’s been 3 weeks or so. This is all to say they are very unprofessional . I don’t recommend this company go for express healthcare or ascendo healthcare.

I’ve been happily working here for 4 years and I’ve had nothing but amazing support from staff. They are on your side and actually listen to you and see you as a human, not just a body. Thank you for being the best employer I’ve ever had in the 6 years of my career :-)

I just started and the customer service has been a plus so far. My strongest dislike is everything as far as a schedule shift I’ve picked gets canceled! I have made changes to my schedule to work and at this point I’m already willing to let this go. I signed on to work and they have companies that are not strong with filling there employees needs.

Great company to work for. Staff is fairly responsive to inquiries and scheduling requests, given the volume of aides and clients they manage. Staff is also good about responding to communication after hours. Other reviews point out the issue of shift cancelations, but if youve worked in this industry before, you know that this is simply an occupational hazard, so to speak. Client Companies are pleasant to work with.

The company is great to work for. The staff and team are great at communicating and helping with any concerns. The only issue is jobs can get canceled at anytime, so if this is your only source of income it can become very unpredictable. Also if you apply to any facility that has a staffing contract with them the facility’s would have to buy your contract out. This can cause many facility’s not to hire you because they don’t want to buy them out. It’s a great opportunity if your in school and you need to make your own schedule. If you need more work stability I wouldn’t recommend this staffing company due to the unpredictablity of job sites canceling last minute. Jobs have canceled an hour before I was supposed to start working, so this can be frustrating if your driving far or lost the opportunity on other jobs. Once again the staff is great but the stability of hours is very poor.

Terrible place to work! send people out on shifts and then refuse to pay them for it! they are rude and just care about stealing your money. they dont care about anyone. disrespectful and refuse to pay people what they owe them

I’d like to start by saying that I have been really impressed and enjoyed working with both of the recruiters I had at this company. That being said I would NOT recommend working here!Shortly after starting a new contract I noticed my pay was higher than expected. I reported this to the staff at Intergrated on a Wednesday and it took them until the following Monday, and multiple phone calls from me, to hear back from them. They informed me I had been miscoded in the system and rather than thanking me for pointing this out, decided to dock my pay for the next 3 weeks.More recently I have been trying to get a copy of my W2. They have told me they sent one out to my old address (in a different state) and will not send one to my new address. So I had to send a self addressed envelope to the main office in order to get a copy of my W2, which is delaying filing my taxes. I guess they couldn’t spare the $0.55.I feel that as a company that works with people who travel for a living they should make more of an effort to accommodate getting forms to employees.There are many other travel nursing companies out there that go out of their way to make accessing payroll and tax documents much easier. While this was not something I originally thought would be important, after this experience I would encourage others to take into consideration.
