The recruiter said I was a good fit for several openings and set a meeting with me for the next day. I went out of my way to make myself available and they didn’t call. I left a message for them but, I still have not heard back. I do not mind if Im not a good fit but please communicate with me and do not waste my time. I’m serious about finding a job and do not appreciate being blown off. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful.

My recruiter has horrible communication skills and doesnt follow through with their responsibilities. I am still waiting for my last pay check and trying to get into communication with my recruiter, but has completely ghosted me.

Insight global has given me a fantastic experience as an employment agency, even despite the rough waters of 2020. I started a contract doing desktop support for Providence through Insight Global, and my recruiter Nelly really stayed on top of things and communicated with transparency. There was a mixup with the drug test lab and they lost my sample, but my recruiter was there to schedule a new test soon after, and negotiated to start me before results came in.All around good experience, unfortunately I only worked with them for a short while but onboarding went really smoothly and I felt respected. Just be aware the background check takes a long time as they want 5-7 years of employment and rental history. Would recommend them to a friend.

I was hired on during the pandemic, and have just started my second contract with providence health. My recruiter is Phil Schaff, and he has been nothing but incredible. They generally care about how well youre fitting into your contract, and work hard to find you the best fit for for your area of expertise. 10/10 would recommend.

Insight Global is a fantastic company if you are looking for your dream job. I like that they make you pass a screening with the account manager before getting you an interview because it shows professionalism is top priority. Paige and Vanessa were amazing in helping me find a perfect role for me. They were energetic and upfront every step of the way. Insight Global was the company, which found and suggested dream full-time job as IT Business Analyst to me . I liked the fact, that they wanted to meet in person first, talked about my goals, and then they reached out to my reference contacts, which shows, that they care about professional level of people they want to work with.Olivia from IG was helping me through the entire interview process with my current employer, and she has a perfect balance of being informative and controlling and at the same time being humble, positive and not annoying at all. And she was genuinely happy for me after every successful step in my 4-step interview process

I had an interview with insight global, and it was pretty standard. I was then asked to go for a second interview. Insights employees were nice, and very energetic, which made them easy to talk to. After the second interview, insights hiring manager said she would contact me regarding the outcome the following day. I was not contacted, and when I called a few days later I was informed (not by the manager) I had been passed up. I am searching for jobs so rejection is typical, However the lack of communication after the fact could be improved. This is just my experience with insight, and I truly do not know there motives or agenda. I leave this review in order to help insight achieve a better potential and hope they hear my complaint in a constructive manner.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a staffing agency. They did the same thing to me with the Providence Position just a few weeks after the last review was posted, I only wish I had seen that review first. When they recruited me for the role I was told that it was a temp-to-hire situation so I left a permanent position. You can imagine my surprise when I started my new job and found out that I was actually hired on a temporary basis for about 3 months only to be laid off 3 weeks later via a phone call on my way home from work one day. Every time I called the agency to speak to them about what was going on they claimed that they had no idea. Its now obvious that they did know what was going on. Its been months and Im still recovering from all of the lost wages...I dont usually write reviews, but Ive also never felt so taken advantage of by a company.

Insight Global has insight into global companies. Lucy and Rachel of Insight Global Portland connected my resume and my past experience with a world class company in a matter of a few days with a desired salary. I had given up looking for a position and they approached me with a perfect position and an employer within 5 miles from my home.

They fired half the people they hired for a job at Providence health care. You literally get a phone call saying you are not needed and than they messed up my pay. Colton was attentive though. He’s a nice guy and so is Eric.I would hope we could of finish out the temp job to the end date, like other temp jobs allowed us too. I realized Providence ends up hiring one or two people and everyone slowly gets fired early on. So don’t be shocked if they let you go. I heard someone left a voicemail on one of the guys they were going to fire and he didn’t get the message and showed up the next day and was escorted of property. Surely there are better ways to handle this.

Right company for right talent. I got a job through Insight Global and this is the best company to work with. It seems to be a ghost business. I went to their office above Portland city grill restaurant downtown Portland than when I walked in it felt that no one works there. Hannah Antonelli had schedule an interview with me and she wasnt there for our appointment, someone else talked to me but it was a waste of my time. **Very unprofessional** they should be respectful for other peoples time.

I had the pleasure of coordinating with Ms. Olivia Halverson and every job she presented would exceed what Id expected. Im very impressed with Insight Globals protocols and procedures in terms of setting up new hires into their systems. They are very thoughtful, making sure theres no redundancies and no confusion on what needs to be done. I love that fact in my emails had overviews of what is expected and what to expect in interviews; tips to make sure that you are well prepared.

Insight Global is a great company. I am not sure whether or not I was put into the correct position. So make sure you are when the time comes. I was placed into a company that not only changed my roles, but did not train me, and then shipped me off to another site, and got rid of me, doing what most bad companies do -blaming, blaming, blaming, and taking no responsibilities. I am now working full-time elsewhere.
