Small place. Backing can be a little tight. Nowhere to park overnight too small and also have a gate you must go thru. Unloaded me in less than 1 hour. Two truck stops 6 miles away.

Ive had the pleasure of working with WCP Solutions on a nearly daily basis for more than 16 years, particularly the Print Sales and Sample Department staff members. Without exception, they are cheerful, responsive and incredibly helpful. They always go the extra mile to assist with the constant eleventh-hour paper requests and change orders that are the hallmark of commercial printing. WCP Solutions is a first class organization that is family-owned and provides great customer service. I dont do business with them directly but work with some of their vendors, and all have incredible things to say about the way the company runs. Excited to do business with them in the future.

The paper world was a little overwhelming for me at first because there are so many choices. Luckily I have had Laura Luethje from WCP to guide me and give me advice. She took the time to answer all my questions and give me recommendations when needed. The print projects have all turned out great and it is fun seeing that she is just excited as I am to see the finished pieces. She even helped us save money this year on a big print run we do annually!

The building I work for has used WCPS as our supplier for the past 20 or so years, I personally have only been interacting with the company for the last year and as I asked around apparently my experience is the same as the experience of everyone who has dealt with them here. They are fantastic, always diligent at replying to emails or communicating in the quickest time of any of our suppliers, and for a 20 story building in downtown Portland we have a few. I am usually in contact with Holly and she has always been kind and helpful in every interaction. Plus their delivery is always neat, on time, and fast (next day fast). Enjoy them a ton and can not imagine working with any other supplier!

Extraordinary service for customers. They have the products that I need and often times, deliver by the next day. IF they dont have the product I need they go and find it, or offer a better solution. You cant ask for better service from their great sales team.

WCP has become a staple vendor for Flowers In Flight. They supply us with the boxes we use to send every arrangement, plant, terrarium, event piece, etc. We get our news print and butcher paper rolls from them too. Their staff is awesome from the sales room to their delivery drivers (who actually offer to stock the goods their dropping)! We are so thankful for the addition of WCP into our business runnings. Oh yeah, and like us, they are FAMILY OWNED!

ALWAYS GREAT customer service!! Anyone you talk at WCP are always friendly and nice. West Coast always gets the orders I need the next day and if there is any delays they will always call you or email you.
