Terminal Transfer is a family owned company that has allowed young people to get a start in the business of import, exports, warehousing and customs exam site, to grow with the company and/or gain requisite knowledge of the business.

When I walked in the door, Rose Marie greeted me with a smile. I’m a first timer at shipping things, so she gently guided me through the process. I forget the next person who came out to help me, but he got the ball rolling. Then Barb came on the seen, and helped gather resources to make up for the fact that I did not make appointment or do the stuff that typically needs to be done. She made up for my lack, and called in the troops. Then Josh arrived on the seen, and helped me unload, gather and wrap for save keeping (well, I moved a few boxes and watched the process, mostly). My experience with Terminal Transfer, Inc has been outstanding. Wish I could give them a bonus star, my experience with every individual was that good!

My experience with Barb and Dan at Terminal Transfer Inc. was great. Barb was quick to respond to questions (and I had a lot — this was my first time packing pallets of household goods for an overseas move) and Dan made the actual packing process and shrinkwrapping go seamlessly. She went above and beyond to secure my freight from a third party transporter, Xpo Logistics, who sat on my freight for 11 days with multiple promises to deliver it the remaining 22 miles needed to complete the task. Barb stepped up and offered her charm and influence to get this transporter to honor their commitments to deliver my freight into the hands of a company who actually cares about customer service and time tables. Barb and her team, they are just outstanding. Whenever I ask them to take care of work orders which I would expect them to complete in the next 24 hours, they would always complete it within a matter of minutes. Amy from Seattle also deserves five star as well. Same request I submit, the same result I get from her. I worked here from 2011 until 2016. Trevor and Korey were always great to work for and with. We always prided ourselves on our can do attitude and superior customer service. I learned so much being a part of Terminal Transfer and enjoyed serving each of our customers over the years. Im a temp working for Terminal Transfer and I enjoy working for them. I have never seen anything illegal happening there. The staff and employees are very nice and helpful. They always make sure we get our breaks and lunch on time. Safety is a very high priority there. Im proud to be a temp for them.

Great place to work! A warehouse is a warehouse so the people make it or break it, and everyone who works here is awesome! You can talk about anything all day long while working and be sure to laugh all day too, oh and dont forget the music. Nobody likes working a boring job with no music and stale employees.Update: How many companies do you see the Owner take time to respond to so many reviews? As a Local Guide I can tell you that the answer is not many, not many at all. The company I drive for does business here. I have made three good work friends here. They all work together to get me out of there as best they can because thats what they do. One lets me get candy from her office. Terminal Transfer is the best!

This Review has been a long time coming in my short tenure as an Ocean Export Coordinator for Western Overseas Corporation. Often, I arrange shipping containers of Hazardous Materials for Export requiring special loading, blocking, bracing, and draying which has always been accomplished without challenges on my side as working with Barb, Evan, Korey, Dan, Mark and the Team has proven to be one of the best choices my company has ever made. They more than have my back with every shipment on the FCL and LCL side of Export cargo, hazardous or non-haz, super long and heavy items to standard shipments, as well! I was in town from Ohio and arrived just as the snow storm hit. Everything was closed in the area, I could hardly find a place to eat. TT was closed as well bc of the weather but Trevor Smith,president of TT, took the time and risk to drive to the warehouse and load our truck himself. Five stars isnt enough. Thanks again,Trevor.
