One of my supply house that I use carrier distributor

Normal HVAC wholesaler, disinterested staff, dont acknowledge you are even in the store. Dont bother calling, you will be lucky if anyone answers, usually get the phone system asking if you would like a different branch because if they are even slightly busy, they will not answer. Have been unable to reach this branch by phone for several hours on multiple occasions.

Great company, Very frustrating when the branch supervisor is so snobby and rude.
